This bright, pet-friendly 2 storey home boasts over 1,400 sqft and has everything you need for a pleasant experience. You will have three bright bedrooms with a comfortable queen-size bed, a double and single and a double bedroom. This suite will comfortably accommodate a group of up to 7. We are close to every event centre downtown, but we offer you the opportunity to stay in a lovely, comfy house vs. an apartment or condo complex.
This new house was built following city codes and is a legal, fully private suite. It includes high-quality sound insolation to avoid EXCESSIVE noise from the lower unit.
It is pet-friendly, and we DO NOT charge a pet fee because we trust that we have responsible pet owners booking with us. We have a fully fenced-in yard so your pets can run and play! It is in a mature neighbourhood close to all amenities and walking trails.
Upon entering through the private front entrance, you are treated by the wide open main space comprising of the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has all full-size appliances (including a dishwasher).
There is a 4-piece bathroom on the main floor and a 3-piece bathroom upstairs.
No expense has been spared; everything is immaculate from top to bottom and professionally cleaned between stays.

Guests will have access to street parking and a fully private 2-storey 3, bedroom main floor unit with shared access to a fenced-in backyard.
