Situé à la fin d'un tronçon de 10 mile d'une plage de sable blanc. Profitez d'une vue incroyable sur l'eau bleu clair (Costa Azul) depuis notre grand balcon double, salon et salle à manger.
Réveillez-vous avec de magnifiques levers de soleil. Nous sommes centrés entre trois des meilleurs spots de surf de Baja. Apportez ou louez une planche de surf, nous mettons à votre disposition un casier et une pagaie. Apportez simplement votre maillot de bain et des vêtements confortables ... tout le reste est fourni.
Aucun animal de compagnie de toute nature n'est autorisé à Las Olas.
La piscine, le jacuzzi et une plage de sable sont juste devant la porte. Promenez-vous le long de la plage pour de superbes vues et de bons restaurants.
Notre condo est grand avec beaucoup de place pour 4 personnes. Laissez les portes ouvertes et écoutez l'océan jour et nuit. Beaucoup de livres, serviettes de plage et verres à vin.
Branchez votre iPod ou écoutez de la musique, regardez des films ou T. V. avec Dish Satellite.
Un grand supermarché est à 5 minutes en voiture pour tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Cuisinez ou descendez la plage pour vos repas. Allez à la pêche et nourrissez tout le monde à Las Olas. L'eau est purifiée.
Wi-Fi gratuit dans notre condo, à la piscine et dans la salle d'entraînement
San Jose del Cabo (10 min en voiture) est une super petite ville avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques. Cabo San Lucas (25 min en voiture) est plus grande avec plus de restaurants, boutiques, clubs et personnes.

Great Cabo stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Las Olas! Beautiful view and surroundings. The owners were very helpful in all respects! Definitely would stay here again if coming to San Jose Del Cabo!

Christmas '24-'25 New Year

We had a great time. Condo was great! Many extras provided. Very convenient to Zippers on the Beach and the 7 Seas, which we had good meals at both places. The security at Las Olas is great, and makes you feel very safe. We will be back to visit again.

Great condo in a great location

We had a great stay at Las Olas. The location is perfect and has something for everyone. The condo is well appointed and has everything you need for the beach and in the kitchen. The complex is nicely maintained and has a real community feel with everyone around the pool. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing week we had - Condo and grounds were clean and inviting. The check in was fast and we all felt at home right away. Rickie & Charlie were amazing hosts, we will be back next year.

Great accomodations

Lovely condo with all the great amenities When we had questions the owners emailed us right back with help. This is a great beach front property and that is well maintained inside and out. I love waking up in the morning and sitting on the porch to watch the sunrise Cabo is a fun place to see wonderful art galleries and great restaurants.

surfer girl last minute surf trip

I had heard about this condo building being directly on three great surf breaks. Rickie and Charlie were fabulous hosts as was their well appointed condo, it has everything you'll need including an awesome location with amazing views of the surf.

Great place for a getaway

The apartment was well-appointed with kitchen supplies, towels and other amenities, but the view is its best feature: overlooking the pool and ocean and hearing the surf. The double balcony is really nice, and the location is great. The only possible drawback is the traffic noise from the bedrooms, but it dies down and we had no problem sleeping. We had a wonderful time on the beach and at the pool, and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, beautiful Location!!

We had a wonderful time. Made new friends! So beautiful! Uber was easy to catch a ride to anywhere. Road noise can be loud, could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Plan on coming back for sure!! Thanks Rikki and Charlie!!

Paradise!!

I loved this unit and my favorite thing was the amazing sunrise while having coffee on the balcony. That view will never get old. I also appreciated the flexibility of Rickie and Charlie during check in and check out. The only thing I would change is the mattresses in both rooms, other then that, perfection :)

Fantastic stay at Las Olas!!

We had a wonderful vacation at Rickie’s condo! The condo is tastefully decorated, it has an amazing view of the ocean, and it’s stocked with everything you need. We came for my kids’ spring break and they had a blast in the pool, playing on the beach, and exploring the many coves that are walking distance up the coast. There’s a great restaurant on the beach just one door down from Las Olas, and the grocery store and other excellent restaurants were a short drive away. We liked the casual, laid-back vibe of the condo complex which hosted many surfers — we don’t surf but it was fun to watch them navigate the waves from our spacious balcony. This condo truly had everything we needed and it was in a great location to explore local snorkeling beaches and downtown. We highly recommend!

Amazing View

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was large and one of the best equipped we have stayed in. It was a joy to stay somewhere for change with many condiments and even a stick of butter! There were extra towels and even wash cloths which are rare in the other stripped down rentals. The terrace was large and the pool area nice. We were able to walk to two restaurants. The only issue we had was with the traffic noise. The condo is about 100 ft from the main road and very loud. Especially when the trucks are using their Jake breaks. The bedroom windows face the road and do not keep out the noise. We had to use our white noise app to sleep.

Restful, Pleasant, and Worth Your Vacay Time

First, we were impressed with the lovely location, and the owners' care about any questions we had. Then we were happily surprised that everything promised was 'delivered', so to speak. Some rental condos are not well equipped with actually fully functional kitchen, plumbing amenities, or wifi/tv connectivity. The condo was so clean and had everything we could have needed and then some. You might think it's a bit far from the downtown action, but we had a very reliable driver who picked us up on time, and met us easily at our pickup spots. Be sure to take the drive to Todos Santos for a bit of small village appeal with a lot of history and cultural pride. We felt safe our entire visit. The beach is easily accessed and the pool has plenty of space to spread out and relax in the sun. Love the little artsy touches all around the condo, and the area in general. We give the stay 5 stars! ¡Muchas Gracias, R & C!

A home away from home

All the previous reviews are accurate and we echo their praises! Las Olas condo B402 was a home away from home with everything we needed and more. Things you may find helpful to know: Uber was very easy to use for getting around. Whale Watch Cabo treated us so well on our whale watching excursion. The road noise for sleeping was not as bad as you may think, we used a noise app that drowned out nearly all of it. The owners have thought of everything you need, supplies and all! We loved getting fresh fish from the fish truck that stopped by the parking lot and cooking a few dinners at the condo. We loved walking to Zippers to enjoy drinks and apps. Farm to table restaurants - Tamarindos and Flora Farms - were stunning. Highly recommend. We brought binoculars to be able to see the whales from the balcony and were so glad we did. The whales were swimming by every day. The grounds of the condo are expertly maintained and gorgeous. The other owners we met were welcoming and kind. Such a perfect family getaway for us. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Beautiful place, great location

This place is absolutely beautiful, and the owners are really good people (even though we have never met). We planned on staying down there for a week. I would get to surf, my girlfriend would relax, and we both would get to do some sightseeing. Everything was perfect, great location, super comfortable condo, unreal views, we found the busses to be very easy to use to get around even though we speak very little Spanish. Unfortunately, about 24 hours after we got there, I kicked out of a wave and caught the nose of my board in the eye. Everything will turn out to be fine, but the doctor that we went to said that I needed to go back to the states for some more specialized care. I emailed the owners about our situation, and they refunded me a lot more money than I could have hoped for and were very nice about the whole thing. We had a lot going on, and the fact that they were so accommodating gave us one less thing to figure out. It made a big difference. Again, the place is beautiful, and you can feel good about who you are renting from.

Gorgeous location and well equipped rental

We just returned from our Cabo spring break and we had a blast. This condo was well equipped and perfectly located. Zippers grill next door was our favorite. Weather was perfect and locals were very friendly. One issue if you are a light sleeper is this complex is right on the highway so was very loud at night and I wouldn’t call the pool kid friendly. We have teenagers so it was fine; however, we traveled with another family staying here with younger children (10 & 11) and owners that live there full time were constantly complaining about the kids playing in the pool even telling them to “stay the hell out” at one point which I found rude. Perfect place for teens and adults. We will definitely come back. Staff does not speak any English, so prepare for language barrier but was fine. Owners very quick to respond to any questions prior to trip and we had no issues while there at all. If reserving, I wouldn’t count the pull out sofa as an additional double bed, better off sleeping on the couch, extremely uncomfortable bed inside which most pull outs are... this condo had everything else we needed. Enjoy!

Beautiful well equipped condo

Girl’s trip 👍 great time in San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. This condo is very nice, great views, easy access to the pool and beach. Clean, well stocked, and perfect location for us. We’re not surfers but enjoyed watching from beach and balcony. Beautiful water, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We chose to stay here in San Jose del Cabo but visted, shopped, ate and went whale watching in Cabo San Lucas - fabulous! Grocery store in San Jose well stocked and fairly easy to get to. Zippers on beach was great 👍 we rented a car which was a bit of a hassle. Finally got to the car rental place and they require you to buy Mexican liability insurance - about $200 USD extra. Them put a hold on a credit card for $1500 to ensure no damage I guess. Anyway wasn’t expecting that so beware. Traffic and drivers a little scary . Also be sure you add international calling to your cell phone before you go. Great trip though and if I ever have the opportunity to go again, I’ll stay here. Thank you, Reggie, Marshall Texas

Fabulous Location in Cabo

Our family (including two teen-age boys) had a fantastic vacation at Rickie & Charlie's condo. Everything about it was amazing. The condo's has a beautiful view of the ocean; the sunrises were picture perfect. Loved the space on the two balconies. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The condo is complete with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The condo is well-equipped with an attention to detail; and Rickie and Charlie thought of everything. Access to the beach is easy. The pool is heated and hot tub refreshing. We rented a car and had no trouble navigating the area. There are abundant local restaurants, and a modern, larger supermarket that has everything you might need. We enjoyed some of Rickie and Charlie's restaurant suggestions and favorite places. Food was always very good. We tried to find places that were less touristy. Even got in a couple of family pickleball games on the rooftop court. A special shout out to Rickie and Charlie. From the moment we booked a reservation they kept in touch with us and answered all of the questions we had in a timely manner. By the time we arrived at Las Olas it felt like we were renting from friends. Made the whole experience extra special. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Hope to return!

Excellent surf vacation

Location location. For surfing and the convenience of Zippers restaurant and board rentals is all right there. Place was nice (as advertised) and the owners were responsive and supplied all the info we needed. Plan on returning.
