This highly desired condo is meticulously maintained with 4 Bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 balconies overlooking Lake Erie plus another balcony overlooks the large, resort style pool. With a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grills, washer and dryer and can sleep up to 12 people, you can't go wrong! We take pride in making sure our condo is one step above all others with cleanliness and attention to detail!

The space
The moment you walk into this second floor condo, you'll notice the spaciousness of this condo. A first floor master with 2 queen beds and attached full bathroom with wall mounted TV. Next you will come across another very large full bathroom. On to the open air kitchen and living room with double patio doors leading to a large patio overlooking Lake Erie. Moving upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms (all with balconies) and a very large bathroom complete with washer and dryer. The bedroom on the lake side has a very large private balcony, wall mounted tv and couch.

Guest access
You will enter your unit with a code which will be texted to you. No need to worry about losing a key. You will have full access to the resort style pool complete with lounge chairs and patio seating.
