LIVING AREA
Guests who walk into this home will be greeted by a stylishly appointed room with a generously-sized sectional sofa and two plush chairs, providing ample seating for everyone. The Smart TV with Chromecast offers endless entertainment options, from catching up on your favorite shows to streaming movies and music.

BEDROOMS AND BATH
We provide all rooms with high-quality linens, fluffy pillows, and plush bath towels. Bedroom configurations are as follows:
- Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, 50” Smart TV, and en suite
- Bedroom 2: King bed
- Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with twin beds (sleeps 4)
- Bedroom 4: Twin bed

There are three bathrooms in total:
- Primary bathroom with a shower
- Bathroom 2: Shower and tub combo

KITCHEN AND DINING
The home's spacious kitchen is tucked away in a more private area, offering a serene environment for preparing meals without any distractions. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage. When it's time to entertain, the adjacent dining area can comfortably seat eight guests, perfect for hosting intimate dinner parties or large family gatherings. A nearby buffet cabinet provides additional storage and makes it easy to serve and entertain. With its combination of style, functionality, and privacy, this home truly is an entertainer's dream come true.
Our kitchen is furnished with high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, toaster, blender, tea kettle, Keurig dual coffee maker, Ninja pressure cooker with air crisp function, KitchenAid mixer), cookware, bakeware, serve ware, tools, and accessories.

It features a breathtaking cabana hut with comfortable lounge seating, a bar area, an outdoor grill, and an inviting pool - all set in a beautifully landscaped garden. Whether hosting a summer barbecue or simply enjoying a relaxing evening outdoors, this space is perfect for entertaining and creating unforgettable memories.

AMENITIES
We want you to feel relaxed and at home, so we provide the following amenities for your comfort and convenience:
- Bath: Public Goods sustainable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hand soap, lotion, bath tissue, facial tissue, alcohol wipes; plush bath, hand and face towels; and a hairdryer.
- Bedroom: Luxurious linens, bedding, pillows, luggage rack, clothes hangers, white noise machine, and ear plugs.
- Kitchen: For cooking - cooking utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, wine glasses, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, knife set, cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, and pans, baking sheets, cutting board, wine opener, can opener, potholders, food storage, salt and pepper, and olive oil. For dining - dinnerware set, knife set, drinking glasses, silverware set, drink coasters, coffee K-pods, chamomile tea, spearmint tea, English breakfast tea, sugar packets, artificial sweetener, and coffee creamer. For cleaning - dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponge, surface cleaner, paper towels, kitchen towels, trash can, recycling bin, and trash bags.

Your best options for getting around Pompano Beach are driving a car or using rideshare services. However, biking is also an excellent alternative for exploring the neighborhood if you’re feeling adventurous. At our Kasa, we have two bikes available for your use during your stay. With plenty of bike-friendly routes and stunning scenery, it's a great way to experience Pompano Beach differently. Our Kasa has an enclosed parking garage for one vehicle and a driveway that can accommodate an additional vehicle. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is 16 miles away.

- Kasa welcomes your furry friends! Only 2 dogs are allowed in your Kasa, and a pet fee shall apply depending on your length of stay as follows:
0-6 nights: $25/night
7-28 nights: $23/night
29+ nights: $17.5/night

Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow. Pets cannot be left unattended at the property.
- Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee per cleaning.
- The maximum length of stay you may enjoy at our Kasa is 90 nights.
- If you wish to have the pool heated, a pool heating fee of $35 per night for the full duration of the stay shall be applied. This is a seasonal offering; pool heating will be available from October - March.
- Registered booker must be 25+
