This 2BR/2BA Grand Mayan Master Suite includes kitchen, dining, living and balcony with plunge pool. There is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, second bedroom also with a king-sized bed and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has a trundle bed sofa that sleeps 1-2 people and the living room has 2 additional trundle bed sofas of the same size. West facing rooms feature ocean views while others enjoy views of the lush gardens and elaborate pools. Room are all immaculate and feature contemporary furnishings and artwork, comfortable beds and large, flat-screen cable tv’s. All units receive twice-daily maid service and 24-hour room service. All water throughout the resort is purified and safe to drink. Maximum unit occupancy is 6 adults (over 12 years of age) plus two children (under 12.)

Vidanta will provide instructions for pick up at the airport in Puerto Vallarta (return is on your own). If you are driving, parking is available for a small fee.

--Minimum stay is 7 days. check-ins are on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday only, and all stays are in units of seven days. Multiple seven day consecutive stays are possible.
--At check-in, you will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover any charges you make during your stay. You do not need to have cash for anything in the resort.
--At check-out, you will be charged Mexican room taxes and small resort and energy fees (approx. $6 to $8/day).
--Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
--You will likely be invited to attend a presentation to become a member. You are free to decline or to accept their incentives as you see fit.
--Cancellation policy: If you cancel 90 days or more prior to check-in date there is a full refund minus $250 cancellation fee. After that, reservations are non-refundable. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance that will protect them in the event a member of your party becomes ill or you need to cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
