About this space
My place is next to the station and close to the beach, the golf course, shops, pubs and restaurants. Youâll love it because of the views, the location and the fresh air. North Berwick is a beautiful holiday destination, yet handy for the city (half an hour by train). No 17 is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, golfers and families.
The space
The building sits on high ground overlooking North Berwick. This apartment has a wonderful view over the town beach and harbour.
Warm, comfortable and secure, the property benefits from superbly maintained communal areas including gardens and a car park, a well lit carpeted stair well, and a lift. Inside, the apartment is well insulated and centrally heated. New bathrooms were fitted in November 2016 and there is a high standard of furnishing throughout. We provide everything you might need in your holiday home so you can get on with enjoying your holiday.
Guest access
You will have access to the full property plus parking space.
All windows have safety catches. Parents with very young children should note there is a balcony and safety is therefore an issue. It is a condition of booking that the client is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of all those on the premises during any visit. Subject to this constraint the apartment is a great location for families.
The private parking space is in a car park only used by residents of the apartment block. The car park is to the rear of the building and your key provides access.
Other things to note
As well as fresh bedlinen, we provide towels, toileteries and kitchen detergents. We always make sure there's tea and coffee in the kitchen, and a pint of milk in the fridge in case you need a quick cuppa after your journey. We'll even be here to welcome you on arrival !
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request, however guests are required to provide their own bedding for the travel cot.
The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Smoking is not permitted. Sorry, no pets.
