About this space
Comfortable modern apartment close to station and town centre, furnished and equipped to a high standard for the holiday rental market. Includes wi-fi, ipod dock, "Hive" active heating, 42" smart TV, Nespresso machine & all appliances.
The space
This is a three bedroom modern apartment located on the second floor and accessible by a lift. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and can be set up as a double (super king size) or a twin. The second bedroom is a double and the third is a single. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the living room and bedlinen can be provided on request.
There is seating for five in the living room (more at a push) and six seats round the kitchen table. The main bathroom is accessible from the hallway, as is a utility cupboard housing the washing machine.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole apartment, including a private parking space.
Other things to note
This property has a partial sea view from the main bedroom, and the living room looks out on to St Baldred's church. There are well maintained gardens, a private car park, a well lit carpeted stair well, and a lift. Inside, the apartment is well insulated and centrally heated so we know you will feel warm, comfortable and secure.
