Maison dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e, 2 piscines saisonniĂšres partagĂ©es et un bain Ă  remous. Master suite avec baignoire, lit king. Une chambre avec Queen, et 3Ăšme chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Terrasse fermĂ©e pour se dĂ©tendre Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Un garage pour les vĂ©hicules de petite et moyenne taille. Stationnement supplĂ©mentaire Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, le garage ne convient pas aux gros VUS ou camions. La maison a Ă©tĂ© complĂštement rĂ©novĂ©e, nouvelle peinture, tapis, Ă©lectromĂ©nagers. Nouveau mobilier, 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour les hommes d'affaires, les groupes d'amis ou les familles qui veulent ĂȘtre prĂšs du Strip mais pas dans un hĂŽtel. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et buanderie. Le chien est le bienvenu avec approbation.

Awesome property!! Everything as promised, clean, comfortable & convenient.

Great location for us. Owners were terrific to work with. Gated community, very quiet, easy access to freeways & airport. Very clean and comfortable home with anything you would need. Definitely plan on using this property again in the future!

Wonderfully decorated awesome place to stay.

There were four of us traveling together and this house suited us wonderfully. The owner Natalie is joy to talk to. Her home is decorated nicely with all the amenities you could want. Comfortable beds, extremely clean and well cared for. Bedrooms top floor living and dining below. Right across the street from the Southpoint Casio (which I absolutely fell in love with). I will defiantly be booking again.

Great place to stay!

Natalie is a awesome host! She is very good about staying in contact from beginning to end. Her place is super cute and clean. Very well stocked with everything you need and than some. We felt right at home the whole time. It is close to the strip. We took an Uber back and forth its about a $10-$15. Ride each way. Walking distance to the Liquor outlet, if you need. It's next to the airport, strip and stores. I would definitely stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, tastefully furnished home, close to Las Vegas attractions!

I'm a frequent VRBO renter, and I was truly impressed with this home. The house was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. My family of 3 kids and my partner stayed here for 4 nights from June 21st to 25th, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. I couldn't think of anything that was amiss. Natalie had thought of every small detail to make sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable, there were more than enough towels for all 5 of us, and the AC kept us comfortable when the outside temps rose to 100+ degree weather during our visit. We loved how close the rental was to most Las Vegas attractions, yet it was far enough to avoid all the noise and activity from the strip. Natalie was also easy to reach and promptly responded to any questions we had during our stay. I look forward to renting this home again for our future Las Vegas trips!

Welcoming Retreat

We enjoyed our initial 2-week visit in 2015 so much that we doubled our time this year. We walked in and it felt like home. The condo is a perfect size and kept very clean. Most of the time it was just the two of us but we easily expanded to six for 5 days. Natalie has thought of everything you might want to be comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the kitchen but we could have prepared full meals. Instead we ate our main meal out as we explored LV. We quickly learned our way around since we were just down the road from the Strip. We had a convenient location to all the activity but could then return to our quiet retreat. The weather was an ideal alternative to the winter we left behind. Natalie is a thoughtful and caring owner. We certainly hope to be able to return.

Great property for families

What a beautiful 3 bedroom home to stay in. It had everything my family needed and more. The owner, Natalie, even left I've pops in the freezer for my children to enjoy. Very quiet neighborhood with a great location. The master bed was so comfy and the pillows smelled so fresh 😀

Best stay yet!

This stay was one of the best we have had as a family. The house was the perfect size, comfortable and very clean. There were plenty of amenities available for us to use. The location was perfect for getting to the Strip. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around. Natalie was very flexible and stayed on top of our communication. The next time we plan a trip to Vegas, I'll be hitting her up first for a place to stay.

Family fun Vegas styke

Very comfortable atmosphere and the beds were great. Quiet neighborhood, we rented a car and used uber, both were great. It was a little far from South Point as far as walking but very easy to get around the town where this was located.

Great stay at this property. Convienently located near the strip, this place was super clean and had all the amenities covered. Very spacious for our family of five. Natalie was trenedous to work with, she was very timely with us on all her email corespondence. I would defenitely stay here again.

Vegas Basketball tournament

Clean, comfortable, & quiet. Enjoyed staying at Enterprise for our boys' basketball tournament. Very close to South Point & Grandview. Our dogs enjoyed their stay too.

Perfect place for a family

We had a great stay in Las Vegas, largely because this property made us feel at home. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own and a relaxing living room to relax in. Would book it again without looking at any others.

Great house close to Strip

The house was in a wonderful location to explore all of Vegas. You can walk to Southpoint, the M Resort is close by and Silverton. House was stocked with all the essentials you need! Beds were comfy, plenty of extra linens and bathroom amenities. Very clean and quiet. Right off Las Vegas Blvd. Easy $14 Uber ride to Strip if you do not want to drive. Very easy to get anywhere on the I15 . Would stay again!

Enjoy traveling, and we have stayed at numerous vacation home rentals around the world. I am a travel consultant and have experience in the hospitality business. Love to experience the places we travel like a local and enjoy the culture of the neighborhoods and area we are visiting. Also enjoy traveling with friends and family which is why we started renting homes instead of standard hotel rooms in tourist areas.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Las Vegas for the desert landscape, as we are from the Midwest and enjoy escaping the cold winters to Las Vegas. We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.

Location was the key for us in purchasing this property. It is a easy 5 minute drive to the Las Vegas rental rar renter, 10 minutes to the airport. Quick drive to the Strip, M Resort, Silverton, and many other local casino resorts. It is in a residential setting with many developments nearby, including all the amenities needed. Plaza on corner of development, and can walk across the street to the Southpoint Casino for gambling, drinks or dinner if don't want to drive. Views of mountains from street and upper level of home, quiet gated neighborhood. A rare find near the strip and airport.
