From O'Hare Airport (Taxi):
1. Exit O'Hare Airport and follow signs for the taxi stand.
2. Take a taxi and provide the address to the driver.
3. The taxi will take you directly to the destination. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

From Downtown Chicago (Taxi):
1. Hail a taxi from your current location in downtown Chicago.
2. Provide the address to the driver.
3. The taxi will take you directly to the destination. The travel time will vary depending on your starting point and traffic conditions.


From O'Hare Airport (Public Transportation):
1. Exit O'Hare Airport and follow signs to the "CTA Blue Line" train station.
2. Purchase a Ventra card or ticket and take the Blue Line train towards "Forest Park."
3. Ride the Blue Line until you reach the "Montrose" station.
4. Exit the station and walk west on Montrose Ave for about 15 minutes to reach the apartment.

From Downtown Chicago (Public Transportation):
1. Head to the nearest "CTA Red Line" subway station in downtown Chicago.
2. Purchase a Ventra card or ticket and take the Red Line train north towards "Howard."
3. Ride the Red Line until you reach the "Wilson" station.
4. Transfer to the "CTA Brown Line" by walking to the adjacent platform.
5. Take the Brown Line train north to the "Montrose" station.
6. Exit the station and walk west on Montrose Ave for about 15 minutes to reach the apartment.

HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
