Rest in the comfortable space of your queen-size bed, with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and 1.5 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. Cancellation Policy

- 48 hrs or less before check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount
- More than 48 hrs, and 30 days or less before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.

Additional Fees

- Late check out (until 12 pm) will be chargeda 20 dollars fee
- After 12 pm, a 89 dollars fee will be charged for one bedroom loft and a 99 dollars fee for two bedrooms loft
- 3.5% commission applies to the card payment terminal
