Newly renovated, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has plenty of room for a large family or multi family getaway. Equipped with a brand new kitchen with heated floor, all new appliances and cabinets, newly renovated sun room with heated floor, bath with heated floor, all new flooring throughout the house, and brand new central heating and air. House also has cable TV and WiFi. Living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace and two new 8'x5' picture windows to enjoy the scenery along with plenty of seating and a brand new 50" TV.

2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King, and a kids bedroom equipped with two bunk beds (twin over full) and a futon.

Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room.

Basement is equipped with Pool table, Foosball table, poker/game table, air hockey table, bar, full size fridge, fireplace and sofas, and a 1/2 bath.

Plenty of board games and movies along with Wii console.

Entry to the house is your own personalized security code.

We recently purchased this home as a family and extended family getaway to enjoy all the Poconos has to offer and now we are opening up this newly crafted home to you.
This home is convenient to ski slopes, located in the middle of Jack Frost/Big Boulder ski resort, as well as nearby slopes such as Camelback and Blue Mountain. The community has it's own lake with private beach, fun lakeside restaurants and nightlife and water park (Split Rock's H2Ohhh). Other nearby attractions include Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run State park, whitewater rafting, and the newly built Kalahari water park.

Wonderful quiet and beautiful weekend

WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!

This was the second time that we stayed in this house, we love coming back to it. It is no beautiful, cozy we def feel like at home. The owners did a great job with the renovation of the bathroom on the first floor. Only thing the kids missed the hockey table. Overall great stay and such a great time, thank you so much

Awesome stay!!

What a beautiful house, from the moment we walked in we loved it. The owners make sure there is everything you could possible need for your stay. It is so cozy and comfortable. They have so many games for the kids, the game room is great as well. Our kids were so happy and entertained the whole time. Huge windows in the living room, everything was perfect, the beds comfy and the rooms very spacious. My kids , husband and I had a great time in this property. We saw a bunch of deers in the back of the house the first morning there , at least 15 of them that was a great memory for us, since we leave in nyc we are not used to that at all. we will definitely go back hopefully next midwinter break. thanks !!!

Perfect Blues Crew House!

We are the Blues Crew, a group of friends who have been getting together for years to attend the Poconos Blues Festival. This house was the perfect fit for us with plenty of rooms, very comfortable and clean. The back yard with fire pit was great to have, as was the top back deck. The owners were very accesible and quick to respond when we had a question. We love this place and already decided that this will be our new house for our annual gathering. We lost our old place due to owners selling but this place offers so much more and it's only a couple of miles from Festival grounds. Thank you John once again for renting to us. We look forward to additional rentals in the future.

Beautiful cabin!

The location was very central and very beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. There are so many things to do in the area while still maintaining the serenity of a vacation away. The host was very responsive and the manual provided was very helpful. Thank you for a beautiful weekend away from home!

Great House, excelent location

Very nice house well stocked except for linens and towels which absolutely fine with me don't really want to use anyones towels or sheets. Had a very nice time, my group had 7 adults and 5 kids and we had the best time, plenty of room for every one.. there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and two futons in the basement not mentioned in the listing. This house can accommodate plenty, loved it so much that if this house was in the market i would Put an offer in. I will definetly be back to this house…..

We loved this property!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a few nights in the spring. It was a perfect place in a great location. The house was clean and had such a cozy cabin feel to it. Loads of games and entertainment and a great fire pit in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and very spacious. We hope to go back for another stay in the future!

Great Place!

House was clean, spacious, and everything we could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed the basement with the bar and pool table. Kitchen was efficient and accommodated our Thanksgiving feast.

House was great! A/C worked great. Had everything we needed.

Very enjoyable stay. Went to the beach - close proximity and took a boat tour of Lake Harmony. House was great. Had deer wandering through the property every day. Had a fire 2 evenings. Host was great to deal with.

A perfect vacation

A perfect vacation,We did hit the hotest week of the summer but the air conditioner worked magnificently, everything we needed was there lots of room well-maintained and clean bathrooms were just recently updated from what I can see, nice spot to take walks and enjoy the nature

Great stay in Lake Harmony!

We stayed for four nights Memorial Day Weekend and couldn’t be happier with the rental - location was great for local hiking and neighborhood bike riding, plus so good local food options. The houses had a great layout for multi-family use as everyone had their own bedroom area and ba.

Perfect getaway!

My family and I (3 adults, 3 children age 7,8,11) rented this property for 3 nights mid February and had an absolutely amazing time! The house is stunning, clean and so cozy I never wanted to leave to explore the surrounding area. The kids had a blast playing board games, pool, fooseball and every tv equip with premium subscription channels for something for all to watch. This house is more beautiful and bigger than the pictures show. Less than a mile away we were able to go to the indoor waterpark at splash h20 and snow tubing at Big Boulder. During our stay there was a minor weather related incident on our first night and after contacting the owner he was there first thing in the morning to resolve the issue and even sent a gift certificate to eat in a nearby restaurant for our inconvenience!! (Completely not necessary but we were all so grateful!) I highly recommend this property for rental and I will definitely be returning again!

AMAZING CABIN IN THE WOODS!

My sister, daughters and I just spent a few days at John and Heidi's cozy cabin. We had a fabulous time! The pictures do not do it justice...it is very large and well appointed! Where do I start? WELL STOCKED: Having stayed in many rentals, this is key! You need not bring anything but bed linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you need and then some, even some provisions you would expect to have to bring yourself. Don't forget to pay it forward if you take advantage of the bounty built up by previous renters :) There are also plenty of board games, books and other activities available, including a pool and poker table in the large basement. LOCATION: Perfect! You're on a quiet road but just a few minutes away from the lake, ski resorts, shops, & restaurants. BEDS & BATHS: This house sleeps MANY! In addition to the abundant bedrooms/beds, there are many additional sleeper sofas/futons to accommodate extra people. TVs: MANY w/a great variety of channels (Netflix, Hulu etc) COMMUNICATION: John was an absolute joy to deal with. We had one minor problem that required us to reach out. He took care of it instantly. He is very kind and responsive. To sum up, this home really exceeded our expectations. We really felt at home and didn't want to leave! We will definitely rent here again.

Amazing place close to everything!

Our family decided we needed a weekend getaway to do some whitewater rafting. We had an unbelievable time but this beautiful home is what really put it over the top! Plenty of room for all the kids and enough space for the adults to enjoy their free time. So much more space than the pics or the outside shows. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We will recommend to anyone who is looking to stay near Lake Harmony .

Best vrbo

We have stayed at many vrbo rentals and this is the best we have ever stayed at. It felt like home, very comfortable, top quality furniture, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need. The game room and games kept us entertained. The big windows in the living room made it bright and sunny and able to see the deer that stopped by. Will definitely be back again!

Such an amazing getaway!

John's home was everything we expected. The open living room was perfect for us. Everything was very clean! While we didn't really use the basement, it is perfect for families who bring kids with them. We loved the outside fire pit. We did not get a chance to use the Estates beach, which is a private beach for the homes in the area but it looked lovely. Close to some nice breakfast places like Piggy's or Nick's Lake House for Lunch. It is close to the in door water park and if you play disc golf, only 10 minutes from Hickory Run State Park. I highly recommend this home. John was very responsive and easy to get a hold of with any questions. Thank you! We will be renting this home again~
