Ce magnifique bungalow de style artisan a été construit en 1915 et est situé au cœur du célèbre centre-ville de San Luis Obispo. En moins de cinq minutes à pied, vous pourrez profiter de tous les magasins, restaurants, concerts et de la Mission historique San Luis Obispo de Tolosa.

L'appartement à l'étage est une chambre, une unité de bain avec cuisine, salon et salle de bain. La maison est située dans une charmante rue, avec de nombreuses maisons historiques majestueuses. En face de la maison se trouve un parc, avec une très belle aire de jeux pour les enfants. Commodités à proximité comprennent: centre commercial, restaurants et bars (4 pâtés de maisons), épicerie / épicerie fine (1 pâté de maisons), gare (2 pâtés de maisons), sandwiches (2 pâtés de maisons) et un café (2 pâtés de maisons).

Cal Poly est à 5 minutes en voiture, ou un joli trajet en bus (l'arrêt de bus est de l'autre côté de la rue).

Le centre-ville ferme tous les jeudis soirs pour l'un des meilleurs marchés fermiers. Appréciez les produits frais, la nourriture de BBQ, la musique de phase, et toutes sortes d'autres choses merveilleuses.

La plage est accessible en 12 minutes de route.

So great to be back in SLO!

Fabulous property! We were able to walk downtown for Farmer’s Market and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was quiet, clean, and perfect for our family of 4.

Such a great place to stay!

Homey, comfortable, well maintained apartment with everything we needed, within walking distance of downtown. We loved the collection of books, games, records and dvd’s, And Tony is a great host, very responsive to any questions or concerns, and he even put out extra umbrellas for us to borrow as it was pouring while we were there. We will definitely be back!

Charming stay right downtown

My husband, my 8 month old, and I stayed at Tony's for my brother's wedding for 4 nights in June. I can't speak more highly of this property. Great for kids! We were right across from the park and a short walk to everything downtown has to offer. For the same price or cheaper than a hotel, you can get an extra bedroom and a full kitchen. It felt like a home away from home!

Easy Peasy and very Pleased!

We highly recommend. The property was in an easy to access location, was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed/wanted. The check-in process was very easy, with a personal note on the chalkboard when we arrived. Great plants all around the house, very cute decor. Plenty of fun things to do in the house (games, movies, books, musical instruments), as well as in the local area. If I could suggest anything for other travelers to know: 1. It's a college town and both nights there were loud parties in the neighborhood. Bring your ear plugs/white noise app if you have trouble sleeping with loud noise outside. We didn't want to close the windows as the cool nights are so lovely! 2. There are stairs to climb (a few with no hand rail to get into the house) and then a steeper stairwell inside to get to the upstairs unit. My mother is 82 and has two replaced knees and was a bit nervous about them, but we did it. If you have little kids/strollers, etc, you might want to consider that too. 3. One of the beds was very low and my Mom didn't feel like she would be able t get in and out very easily so she had to sleep in the other bed, which was very fine and comfortable for her. These are not complaints! The place and the host were great. Just good to know for other people!

Home away from home

Stayed in this cute home apartment for family weekend -Cal Poly- Go Mustangs! So close to literally everything. Host with the most! TV with all the channels, so many board games, books, and lots of homey extras. Will definitely check for availability on our next visit here.

Ideal location in lovely neighborhood within walking distance to downtown SLO

This upstairs flat is in the perfect location for everything in the center of SLO. It's right across the street from Mitchell Park and within easy walking distance of the many shops and eateries downtown. The flat itself is roomy, homey, well supplied, and the bed and furnishings comfortable. The owner was always responsive and helpful on the few questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great location, fun place

Excellent location, great park for kids directly across the street, walkable both to downtown shops, restaurants, and the Open Space and trail along the rail line. Charming place, great, welcoming, helpful interactions with our hosts, and loved the garden out front - the mock orange blossoms every time we arrived or left to explore was a real treat!

Great location in town

We were attending our niece’s wedding and wanted a location in town that was walkable. So this apartment was perfect for us. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. And we went to the Thursday night farmer’s market which was fantastic. Sure wish we had that in our town. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the owner responded quickly before and during our stay. Thanks so much.

Our family has lived in SLO over 20 years and enjoy living here very much. It is child-friendly. This is our family's primary residence and we limit the number of visitors. When it is not rented, we are always working on home improvement projects. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We are located downtown SLO! A refreshing breeze wafts in from the Pacific, just 10 miles away. There's no need for a car, since the downtown is infinitely walkable.
