Coastal style meets luxury in this beautifully furnished home in the charming neighborhood, only 2 miles to the beach! Bring your whole family to this great place with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This home forms a courtyard around a large heated swimming pool that is visible from all the main rooms. The pool is outdoors and covered with mosquito net for your convenience. Lots of entertainment space for family and friends: pool deck, a separate BBQ and outdoor dining area, a grass area behind the pool for your pet, a living room, a family room with a large sectional sofa for TV lounging and a fully equipped kitchen. In-home laundry and parking in the 2-car garage and a large driveway. Here you will enjoy 100% cotton bed linens, luxurious pillows, feather duvets, oversized bath towels, lots of beach and pool towels and beach chairs.

This is one of the original Fort Lauderdale suburbs that still retains its mid-century style. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is very family-oriented and peaceful. It's also very close to the beach at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and stop #10 of my favorite water taxi tour where you get to see mansions and super yachts of the rich and famous.

Amazing property

Regina was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The house was fantastic and had enough space to comfortably accommodate a family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room was a bonus. Everyone loved the heated pool, which was a huge hit. Overall, we had a fantastic time during our stay.
