Welcome to our stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday apartment situated in the heart of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. With breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, this spacious holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern luxury and comfort. Whether you`re a family seeking a memorable vacation or a business traveler looking for a convenient and short stay close to the beach, this apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Living Area:
- The split-use living area is well-furnished with two large sofas a coffee table, and a large TV.
- It also includes a dining table that can comfortably seat 8 people, ideal for meals and gatherings.
- Guests have access to a furnished balcony that offers spectacular views of the ocean, the Bluewater wheel, and the Palm Jumeirah.
**Kitchen:
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to ensure a seamless stay.
- It features a premium coffee machine for your convenience.
Bedrooms:**
- The apartment includes four bedrooms, providing ample space for up to 8 guests.
- The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-sized bed, premium bedding, and an en suite bathroom.
- The second bedroom features a double bed and its own balcony with stunning views.
- The third bedroom offers double bed with blackout blinds for a peaceful night`s sleep.
- The fourth bedroom, located just off the living room, comes with a double bed and its own bathroom.
**Bathrooms: **
- The apartment has two en suite bathroom, there is a master bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.
**Guest Access:
- Guests can enjoy various facilities within the building, including a swimming pool, gym, children`s play area, a supermarket, and 24-hour security.
- The apartment is fully furnished and includes all bills such as electricity, water, and air conditioning.
- It has a TV with cable channels and high-speed internet access.
- Two dedicated parking space is provided for guests` convenience.
Across the street from JBR Beach, there are numerous top-notch dining and shopping choices to explore. Within walking distance or a quick 5-minute car ride away, you can visit attractions such as the Wheel of Ain on Bluewater`s Island, Dubai Marina, the iconic Palm Jumeirah, and the Mall of Emirates.
**Important things to note**
Damage protection
Once you have made your booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to provide both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so as soon as possible to complete the booking process and enable a quick and easy check-in.
You will also be given a choice of buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $35/ÂŁ29 or paying a refundable damage deposit $500. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as it protects you in case you cause accidental damage during your stay and is a cost-effective option.
Keyless entry
To comply with Dubai Tourism mandate, the accommodation is fitted with keyless access which requires an APP download. You MUST provide a valid email address as this is required for the Keyless app invitation. Failure to comply will delay check-in. Access to the accommodation is app-based; no physical keys or access cards are provided for the door access.
Facial recognition building access
To enhance community security and streamline building access, Dubai Holding Community Management have activated a facial recognition access system across the JBR community. All Holiday Home guests must be registered in advance with the required documentation and a compliant digital photograph to enable building access via this system.
Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and to meet our obligations with the Tourism authority and Community Management we kindly ask you to provide passport details of all guests through your guest portal and Digital Photographs (JPG format, white background, 1080x1090 resolution) to our designated email address.
Your passport and digital photograph will only serve the following purposes:
1. advance registration with Community Management Building Security for facial recognition building access.
2. register your stay with the Tourism authority
The Tourism Dirham fee is AED 10 per bedroom per night.
House Rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture, and no parties whatsoever. Please adhere to House and Community Rules and to Dubai Laws and Regulations at all times.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, this is a NON-SMOKING property. Please refrain from smoking inside the property.
This is a self-catering property. For your convenience we provide a few essentials for your arrival until you can visit a supermarket. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.
The cleaning fee included in the booking is for the check-out clean. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you can add a midstay clean in your guest portal once you have booked.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
Lastly, please be aware that Dubai is constantly developing, and as a result, there may be active construction nearby or renovations within the community or building that could potentially cause noise disturbance. As accommodation in the building is privately owned, we are not made aware of this in advance.
