A 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride will get you to Amalie Arena, Ybor City, or anywhere in SOHO. 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the beaches. When you’re ready for a rest, relax on the porch with a view of Tampa, or curl up in the spacious living room with a book, or a movie in front of the TV!

The Space:
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a sun room. The master bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a large closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet.
A fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and oven gives you plenty of food options or you can walk two blocks to local restaurants.
The living Room is roomy and has a Smart TV.
The sunroom has a desk and chair, and a hammock.
There is parking in front, beside, or behind the building.

Guest Access:
Guest access the property via Smart Lock. Access code provided 1- hour prior to check-in.

Getting Around:
Easily accessible by car with free parking on the premises. Walkable to everything at the University of Tampa. Tampa has a wealth of options when it comes to public transport.Why not let someone else do the driving and arrange an Uber or Lyft? It's just short drive to many Tampa Bay attractions.
