Each bedroom features air conditioning, generous closet space, and a private full bathroom. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding tropical greenery.

Cool off in the intimate cocktail pool, relax beside the garden, or unwind in one of two separate sitting areas. The lower living room is conveniently located near the pool and includes a large Smart TV. Upstairs, a second sitting area offers a quiet place to read, relax, or enjoy a conversation.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher, ample cabinetry, cookware, dishes, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four.

Other Things to Note

Electricity: Electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual usage at $0.40 per kWh. The electric meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Guests can easily control their usage by turning off air conditioning when it is not needed.

Island Living: Roatán is a tropical island, and occasional power or internet interruptions can occur. You may also encounter tropical insects, geckos and other island wildlife during your stay. The property is regularly maintained and treated, but these are a natural part of life in the tropics.

Guest Services: We are happy to help make your stay easier with airport transportation, grocery stops, car rentals, private drivers, private chefs, massages, excursions, diving recommendations and other island services. Just let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll be happy to assist.

Starter Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter supply of basic household essentials to help you get settled upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Drinking Water: Where 5-gallon drinking water jugs are provided for your arrival. Empty jugs may be exchanged for full ones at roadside stores and other locations selling drinking water, typically for approximately $2 USD per jug.
