Eco Friendly 3 Story Wooden Cabin @ Superb Beach

Beautiful Eco Friendly wooden Cabin renovated May 2018 at an amazing private beach in the middle jungle for you to enjoy and relax with friends & family. Here nature shows off all of its beauty with the best fresh water beach you will ever see. Located at Punta Brava, Izabal by the Izabal Lake, Guatemalas largest lake, that delights you with peaceful mornings and wild afternoons because of the Caribbean Ocean Breeze carving waves over it. Making Punta Brava the ideal location for watersports.
The space
100% Wooden Cabin by the Izabal Lake surrounded by mango trees and placed at the shallow beach directly in front of the Caribbean Ocean Breeze. You can walk 150 meters inside the lake without being covered by the water. Kids can enjoy safely the calm beach and even the waves during the afternoon.

The cabin has 3 Rooms. The master room has a king size bed and a single size bed. The 2nd Room has 2 bunk beds and a Full-size bed. And the 3rd room has 3 Bunk beds and a single size bed. There is a large living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining tables at the balcony.

Kayaks and Hammocks can be enjoyed by the guests.

Located in the middle of the jungle at a tiny town called Punta Brava. Once a place uncommunicated from all civilization, accessible only by boat, but now a farm nearby opened a convenient Dirt Road to get there that reduces the cost of getting there from US$100 of the roundtrip by boat for 12 people. To a toll payment of just Q100 per car per entry. To access this Dirt Road you'll have to exit the main Road From Guatemala City to Tikal at 260 km mark and take a 18 kms long dirt road.
Toll payment will be requested at 15th kilometer by the gate keeper.
The house has parking for up to 10 cars.
Other things to note
Even though the afternoon breeze gets rid of most mosquitoes, you should bring a repellent with you, if you are planning to spend time outside the house after 7 PM, since the wind calms down at that time, but not neccesary the waves. Close all doors and windows before 6 PM to avoid letting mosquitoes inside during the night. Remember that your are in the middle of the jungle and mosquitoes and other insects will follow the light, even more from 6 to 8 PM.
