The contemporary design of the 1,313-square-foot One Bedroom Suite incorporates a variety of textures and tones with the purpose of enriching the guest experience while living in the space. The design concept is based on marine life. As you walk in, you will notice a stunning gourmet kitchen, complete with upscale appliances, a dining area that seats 4, and a living room with an entertainment center, a sleek 55-inch flat-screen TV, a sofa bed, and two lounge chairs with the geometry of coral. The middle table is a vault representing some type of treasure found in the depths of the oceans. Next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer for your convenience.

​🔹 24-Hour Compliance Window: Guests must review and comply with all established House Rules within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
🔹 Automatic Cancellation: Failure to meet these requirements within the specified 24-hour timeframe will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

​🔹 Profile Standards: We require a completed booking profile, including a clear photo and verified contact details. Nicknames or aliases are not permitted for resort security purposes.

​STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY
​🔹 100% Smoke-Free: All units, including all interior spaces, balconies, and terraces, are strictly non-smoking.
