In Cabo San Lucas, the breathtaking scenery of a virtually untouched corner of the world is full of nature’s majesty and home to world renowned fishing.

Nestled on 1,500 acres of stunning coastline and magnificent dunes along 1.5 miles of Pacific coastline northwest of Cabo, Diamante is a paradise of beauty, privacy, luxury and world-class service. Just six short miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas, this master-planned luxury community holds a variety of different style residences, multiple restaurants and three golf courses all integrated into the dramatic Baja landscape with dramatic long-range views of the Pacific Ocean, natural arroyos, mature vegetation and native dunes. At Diamante, hand-crafted Hacienda-style architecture hints of another era when hospitality and relaxation were paramount.

Villa Leopoldo sits in the middle of the property on a cul de sac at the end of a gated street (gate pending construction 2025) of only 17 lots, just 2 minutes from the front gate but close to all of the amenities Diamante has to offer. The villa consists of four large king en-suites, one with a large outdoor shower, and five bathrooms. A great room, interior courtyard with fire pit, planters and water feature, as well as a pantry, garage, guest bath, and large laundry with washer and dryer finish the interior. To take full advantage of the beautiful Cabo weather, outdoors the villa has several seating / eating areas, a BBQ island, a pool and hot tub, loungers with umbrellas, a bocce ball & horseshoe court, and a 6 hole putting course designed and installed by Paul Cowley Golf. Paul designed the Dunes course with Davis Love III and currently works with TGR Design and Diamante Golf Resort. Another fire pit with comfortable seating and a dining table under a palapa are found on the second floor viewing deck with views over the property, Tiger’s new Legacy Course under construction, and the Pacific Ocean.

For your convenience, and to help make your stay at Villa Leopoldo as relaxing and stress free as possible, Villa Leopoldo includes several added amenities. The villa comes with a property manager & personal concierge, basic sundries and housekeeping twice per week. Additional housekeeping, airport / activity transfers, grocery shopping / delivery, a private butler, a golf cart, a personal driver, and an acclaimed personal chef with sous chef and server are available for additional charges.

Use of the Villa also includes full access to all amenities on the property. Diamante amenities include access to the Dunes Clubhouse with a fine dining restaurant, a sports bar and a deli, the Dunes Practice Facility, Dunes Golf Course, Dunes challenging 15 hole putting course, The Oasis 12 hole par 3 short course, Tiger Woods El Cardonal Practice Facility and El Cardonal golf course, and Tiger's new upscale steakhouse, Woods. You can also relax at the ocean front pool with restaurant in the Ocean Club Resort or along the sparkling 10-acre Crystal Lagoon, the largest in North America. The Lagoon includes complimentary paddle boards, kayaks and organized beach games as well as Amigos casual dining restaurant, a state-of-the-art Health and Fitness Club with a full gym, tennis, pickle ball, lap pool, daily classes and a spa. These fitness facilities are best-in-class, The fitness center offers daily group classes. (Classes are subject to change.)

Still hungry? There's a Nobu Hotel on the property up against the ocean with 3 more restaurants; a steakhouse, a sports bar & grill, and of course their signature Nobu sushi restaurant.

When you're ready to enjoy world class golf, you can play on the internationally-ranked Dunes Course designed by Davis Love III, #1 in Mexico and in the top 50 worldwide, and the TGR Design El Cardonal course, host to the PGA World Wide Technology Championship each November and the Oasis par 3 short course. Each round on the Dunes or El Cardonal includes a golf cart and unlimited use of the multiple comfort stations on each course. Recharge at the on-course comfort stations that offer rest rooms, snacks, complimentary cocktails and gourmet small plates throughout the day. Club rentals, TGR Design gear, lessons and clinics are also available.

No animals, including Service Animals, Comfort Animals or pets are allowed at Diamante with the exception of Guide Dogs for the Visually Impaired and those of full owner's. Diamante reserves the right to request applicable documentation, including doctor's notes and training receipts, for Guide Dogs and confirmation is required prior to arrival. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for Guide Dogs.

NOTE: Due to the popularity and growth of the Los Cabos area, and the relatively new status of this resort, you are likely to experience ongoing construction during your stay. Construction is spread through out the property and restricted to daylight hours.
