Séjour minimum de 2 semaines requis. Écoutez les vagues du golfe pendant que vous dormez. Profitez de votre séjour de détente dans ce condo de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain décorées avec goût et offrant une vue imprenable sur le golfe depuis la grande salle et la chambre principale. Une belle nouvelle cuisine mise à jour! L'emplacement au 5ème étage avec une grande véranda / balcon meublé offre une vue parfaite sur le golfe. La spacieuse suite principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bains principale avec dressing. La 2ème chambre a un lit Queen. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision avec câble. La grande salle a également la télévision par câble et un lecteur DVD. Internet sans fil est disponible gratuitement dans tout le condo. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et ouverte sur la grande salle et vue sur le golfe. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.
Le front de mer est immédiat en sortant du condo fermé. Une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi, des courts de tennis et un parking sont compris. Le bâtiment sécurisé est verrouillé à tout moment avec ascenseur et garde de sécurité partiel jour / nuit. Le locataire paie plus de 100 $ d'électricité pour les locations mensuelles.

Relaxing reset

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had updates in some places, but not in others. Love that it was directly on the beach, however, this condo isn't what I'd call super warm and inviting. The updated master bath was nice, but then there were some misses: the ceiling fans in both bedrooms were either missing pieces or didn't work on all speeds. The original track lighting in the kitchen seemed weird and out of place compared to the updates that had been done. The kitchen was colorful, which is a plus. Decor is minimal - this unit doesn't exude beach vibes like others in the complex that we've stayed in, but again, right on the beach is always a plus. This unit was clean. The pool was nice and the beach access was easy to get to. Always appreciate the Seaside Property Shoppe and their awesome staff! P.S. the rug in the living room was a nice touch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for the month of February and the condo was well-stocked, very clean with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the balcony. There was a full kitchen and a professional staff(Sharon & Taylor) to assist with any issue. A few updates still need to be completed but it is a relaxing way to spend your vacation.

Warm, sun filled vacation on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent another enjoyable year at Reflections at the beach. We love the location, the restaurants in the area, and the beach. The condo is nice sized and easy to get to. It is nice to see that the condo association is updating the building, but it seems every year we need to put up with some type of construction that distracts from our overall experience. You would think the majority of the work could be done in the off-season. Generally we are pleased with the unit, but it does need some updates. Especially the master bath and the TV's. We have grandchildren in sports and would like to stream their games while we are gone. The current TV's are too old to do so. I asked Taylor for help and he could not get them to work either. Taylor and Sharon are great to talk to and work with. We will be back.

Unit needs A/C Work

We’ve been coming to Reflections at Indian Rocks Beach for over 20 years every 4th of July. We always stay for the entire month. This year the prices were much higher but we always enjoyed the stay in the past so we accepted that. This particular unit #XXX had some upgrades but the A/C unit would not bring down the humidity. everything had a musty damp smell and feel. There was no necessities normally provided like bath soap Etc. The shower control was impossible to turn on for my wife. She didn’t have the strength to pull the knob out to turn on the water. I had to turn on the water at both bathrooms for my wife and for my sister-in-law every time they wanted to shower. The building, staff and location were great. If we do come back it will not be to this unit.

Not what was expected!

Property in need of upgrading! Sink and shower faucets very difficult to use. No decorating whatsoever ! Sofas so sunken difficult to get out of! A platform bed?! Really. Hard! wooden points on corners made it difficult to avoid hitting your leg. Fan in bedroom pull chain broke, fixed, broke again. Air conditioning inconsistent. For a two week minimum stay very few supplies. One extra garbage bag. Paper products scarcity! The view of the Gulf was spectacular They keep reminding you to respect the property as it is someone’s home That is hard to believe that it could be someone’s home and they could live with all the needed upgrades. Having used VRBO before, this was disappointing. We left before our two weeks was up.

Holiday Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful beach town that we have been visiting for over 13 yrs. Reflections however was not as nice as expected. Granted we are not used to staying in a high rise complex but even still, the building was quite dated and our unit was also dated and not very clean smelling. Wall paper is peeling off the walls, the carpet is quite dirty, the windows do not work and there are notes stating to not open them and the TVs are from 1990. The kitchen was the only updated room. The 1st week we had wonderful weather and enjoyed the beach time. The 2nd week we were there, building construction/maintenance started on the outside of the building and we were greeted every morning at 7:59am with a huge crane, drilling noises and a constant beeping noise with construction men gawking into your gulf view balcony. This lasted the ENTIRE week for 8 hrs a day. Needless to say we were never informed that this was going to take place or we would have never booked at this building.

Great condo and location apt. needs work

View awesome.The apartment needs work. Curtains falling. Real estate sent someone right away. But curtains kept falling. Only one key worked. Kitchen sink kinda clogged. insinkerator weak didn ́t work well. Bed sheets dirty. Washing machine and dryer working. Air conditioner filter in terrible condition. But the view and location kinda takes your attention away from these problems.And the carpet.

Love the location but not the unit

Vertical blinds in the bedroom fell apart. A sink in the master bathroom fell apart. The toilet seat in the spare bathroom fell off. Washer and dryer were extremely dirty. Unit needs updating such as new linens, dishes and towels

When we booked this condo, we were only going by the web. After staying here a month, we were so pleased. The building was well maintained and clean. The security was wonderful to have on site. You are lucky to have Jimmy!! The condo was clean and inviting. We were glad that there were no personal effects as it made us feel like we weren't intruding on someone else's life :) We do wish that there was a large dutch oven pan or larger pan for the stove...there was only a medium size available. The one problem we had was with the "Router." It was extrememly slow, and therefore all emailing, backing up photos, etc was frustrating. Overall, we LOVED our time in IRB. That is why we chose to come back to this same condo next Jan/Feb as it felt like home. I also liked the book the owners had available, so we could say hello. We could have used one more beach chair as there was only one. Loved the newly remodeled kitchen. The carpet is probably going to need to be cleaned as it looked that way when we moved in. We bought plastic hangers and left them there as there were only a few wire ones. We really enjoyed our time in this condo and just being able to look at the ocean from all views was worth our drive down from Iowa! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, staff and security friendly, residents were friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. The beach was nice and clean, pool was well kept. Nice view, Guppy's and PJ's close and very good.Golf; Seminole lakes and Bardmoor very good. East Bay skip, close but was in bad shape. Use Golf now for deals.Recommendations:Bed room ceiling fan noisy and only one speed, may need to be replaced.Second bedroom toilet seat unstable and needs a commercial seat grade seat. Beach towels for guests who fly in would be nice. Maybe a normal height beach chair, lower one hard to get out of for older guest. We purchased both, gave the chair to our son and took beach towels home.Instructions for recycling.Thank you!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms were not very clean. Internet was very slow, had to reboot it on a daily basis. The TV in the living room was barely watchable. Pots, pan and utensils are sparse. The view is fantastic and other than the bathrooms the condo has been upgraded and is nice. There was a great deal of work going on around us so the noise factor became an issue. With all of these factors, the cost is a bit high with a significant increase coming next year.
