A series of aristocratic residences are built on Alvear Avenue: the Palacio Pereda (now the residence of the Ambassador of Brazil), the Palacio Ortiz Basualdo (which houses the Embassy of France), the Concepción Unzué de Casares mansion (home of the Jockey Club), the Palacio Álzaga Unzué (Four Seasons Hotel) and the Duhau residence (Park Hyatt Hotel). These constructions reflect the influence of French academicism and give the avenue a Parisian air.

On the corner of Avenida Alvear and Ayacucho stands the sophisticated Alvear Palace Hotel, majestic for its architecture and decoration. - Only 1 set of keys is left per department .

- Check-in: After 16HS. Before that time, if it is being cleaned they can leave suitcases and remove keys. Important: Between 5:00AM and 7:00AM no keys are given.

- Early check in or late check out cannot be guaranteed. It will depend on the availability of the moment, whether there is a reservation the night before or the day of departure. Please do not check this in advance: You can know the day before check-in or the day before check-out.

- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the entrance to the apartment in optimal condition with sheets and towels. Daily or other cleaning is not included daily or otherwise. It leaves 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with their pillows and blanket.
*Reservations of more than 1 month include 1 monthly mandatory cleaning.

- Please note there is no night guard. We're an AIRBNB, not a hotel.

- The values expressed are net.
If you need an invoice, you must request prior to confirming the reservation and the VAT will be added.

- When making the reservation, we will ask you to send us an ID photo (ID or PASSPORT) of all those who stay via email. This is mandatory in order to enter the building.
