Easy stay

Great location and had lots of good amenities! The property could have been cleaner, but there were fantastic supplies for our baby (crib, toys, stroller, high chair) that offset the cleaning needs. No issues overall. Would recommend to families.

Great location, close to Disney parks, shopping nearby. Good response time regarding issues with broken items on site, however dryer still not fixed prior to checking out. Beds/mattresses and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Large couch has cushions nearly impossible to sit on.

Great condo

We enjoyed our short stay here. The room was as described. Unfortunately, due to hurricane Milton we made the decision to leave early, but plan on booking the same condo when we return in the summer. Close to parks and stores.

Quick trip

We stayed 5 days, place is really nice. Pool area is great we did drive to the front for the pool. Only complaint is bunk bed is not comfortable and couch could use replaced. Outside of that it was great.

Pretty OK across the bar

Condo is clean and as advertised. There is a relatively equipped kitchen which served its purpose during our stay. 3 bedrooms are spacious and tidy, although the beds are springy and not very comfortable. There’s a nice screened in balcony which is perfect for morning coffee, but that’s about it. By 11AM the sun is passing the top of the building. Property check in is super easy and quick, but adding people to my reservation proved difficult and frustrating as easily avoided mistakes were made. The complex itself is nice and the pool area is clean and well kept. It serves its purpose on a hot day and certainly takes the cake in Windsor Hills. Overall the stay was pleasant, clean, affordable, and as expected. One suggestion I would make is to get new couches and mattresses. There’s nothing worse than a long day at the park and coming home to sleep on what feels like the springs of a rusted trampoline. This condo could use a little more attention to detail, as the small things go a long way. For example: salt and pepper and basic spices, coffee filters, and other basics for the kitchen would have been lovely. More than one bag for the trash on our 8 day stay would have been appreciated.

Great experience

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen had all cookware, dinnerware and silverware we could have needed. There were extra towels and bedding if we needed anything. There was even a crib, high chair and stroller if we had needed it. We were unable to enjoy the pool but that was because we were just tooooo busy. Great location and easy to get to. It was an easy check in process and everyone was so nice. Neighbours were respectful. I’d stay here again.

Excellent Resort

We loved the resort, the pool, the slides, etc. I hated the surrounding area, just too congested. Walmart took 45 mins to checkout with 6 items on a midday Sunday. I would highly recommend using a grocery service. The store on the property by the pool also had decent prices, in fact their peanut butter was cheaper than Walmart. The food is excellent and a reasonable price at the Grill.

Clean and spacious...beautiful property

We came Kissimmee to visit a specialist. While we were there, we also took a trip to Disney. You are literally minutes from Disney...so easy to get to. This home is beautiful. SO CLEAN! It is on the third floor, but there is an elevator around the corner. There are three bedrooms with a large master with bath and closet. They have plenty of bath towels so you can wash and use while you stay. You'll need trash bags and dishwasher tabs. They have an iron/ironing board. The pool is really nice and large. It has the 'beach' style entry so it's great for little ones. It does get busy down there, but they are adding on in the near future with a splash pad and more slides. Also, you have to go to the Kobe Japanese Steak House down the road in Celebration. Best meal we had there!

Not amazing since it needed repairs

The Windsor Hills complex is gorgeous and the maintenance team is outstanding, unfortunately you should not have to call them when you are on a vacation. The unit itself was nicely decorated but most of the pirate and mickey decorations were stickers... that were peeling off. The floors in the kitchen, entry and part of the dining area are completely warped and water is literally seeping from between the boards. We called maintenance and they took a video of the water squishing out and of the damage as proof that were not the cause. The maintenance man was surprised the floors were in this shape and said he would notify the homeowner immediately. We never received a call/text/e-mail from the owner apologizing or even acknowledging the issue. The unit was spotless and appliances worked properly but we discovered the dryer vent hose was completely shredded and there were ants were coming from beneath the wet floor, the utility closet and they were in the smaller bathroom. We called maintenance two more times and they took care of the dryer and sprayed for ants. I would absolutely go back to the Windsor Hills Resort but I would not stay in this unit again. There is an elevator to easily access the upper floors and nice trash benches outside each unit where the trash is collected 5 days/week. The amenities and the distance to Disney make the resort perfect. I gave it a 2 star rating because you shouldn't have to constantly wipe dirty (possibly moldy) water up every time you enter the dining/kitchen area. It was gross and I wish I had asked to be moved somewhere else.

Winter Disney trip

Great unit, on the end, very quiet. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds, lots of extra amenities. Great communication from manager, they checked in with me several times throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Uncomfortable Stay

Our original property that we had booked got sold, so the management company moved us to this property. The king sized bed was hard and squeaky, the wireless internet stopped working on day 3 and the sink in the master bath kept backing up. We called the management company over our complaints, the sink got repaired. Sadly, the other items never got addressed.

Perfect Disney touch

We stayed here in June 2021 and were in love with the charm of the place as soon as we arrived. This was the first time staying in the apartment style condos at this location; we had stayed at the townhouses before with a larger group of people. I was surprised on the amount of space. The kitchen was just the right size, with a full refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser and full size electric stove and oven. There were two sets of about everything, so we never ran out of glasses or silver wear. The kitchen also has plastic cups, plates, and forks and spoons for kids. The décor was just enough Disney for our taste. The cute details, such as Ms. Tea Pot and Chip in the Master Bedroom, the Disney read aloud books in the kid’s bedroom, and the Mickey décor in the second bedroom made the home feel cozy and gave it a Disney touch. The beds were comfortable; my son loved the full size bed in his room. I felt the second bedroom, bed was a bit firmer than my preference but I slept well. There were more than enough towels, including wash clothes and hand towels. We did wish the unit provided an extra roll of paper towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only one roll in each bathroom. Also make sure to bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms, the unit did not have any. Luckily Wal-Mart is very close, so we just picked some up on a trip to get groceries. With any multi story units there was the occasional up stairs noise and being right by the stairs we did have some Olympic hopeful kids who decided to get their training in at 5:00 am. The unit is right around the elevator, but not closes enough to hear it. The pool area was fantastic, my 10 year old son loves the waterslides, and the zero entry pool and hot tub was a bit hit for our entire family. Our only concern with the hot tub was the amount of kids that used it as a swimming pool with goggles and splashing. There is a sign saying no goggles or swimming in the hot tub, but was not enforced by parents. Overall the unit was fanatic; we had a great stay and would stay again in the future.

Great Accommodations

We were very happy with the space and amenities but disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. I had to wipe the unit down with Clorox wipes and there were layers of dust on the toilet tanks. This was our second stay in the unit and it was a good overall value. The master bed is super creaky, you can’t move without it making a ton of noise.

Condos are nice. Exactly what the online pics portrayed

The only pool onsite is pretty far from our unit, and made a walk in wet clothes unpleasant, as the weather was on the cooler side (60-70) this year. We actually chose to drive to and from the pool, so our 4 yr old didn't have to do the long cold walk. Would like to have seen another pool area (closer) to accommodate the large volume of people who use the one pool. Otherwise, the property was great, and the stay was enjoyable

Apartamento muito bonito

O checkin foi fácil, as senhas da porta e da internet funcionaram, correndo tudo com tranquilidade. Apenas a limpeza deixou a desejar, pois os lençóis não estavam limpos e apareceu uma barata no closet. Mas como tem lavadora de roupas, foi fácil colocar lençóis e toalhas para lavar.

Cozy & very comfortable condo!

Cozy & very comfortable! The check in was very easy! The condo smelled really good & it was very clean. We had a few minors issues & the staff was fast to respond. The resort is very well maintain & the pool area was very big. Can't wait to return. We will definitely recommand this condo to our friends & family. A happy customer! ,

Prompt Service

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay there again in the future.We were having a problem with internet wifi. When we reported the issue someone came out promptly to check out the problem and arranged for someone from the utility company to come out the next day.
