As it's a fresh addition to the vacation scene, we warmly welcome you to be our first guests, and although we don't have reviews yet, we promise an unforgettable 5 Star experience.
The Cozy Oak Retreat boasts 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering ample space for your relaxation and enjoyment. Revel in the luxury of a sparkling inground pool,a hot tub open year round off the main house and savor the distinctive charm of two homes harmoniously combined into one unforgettable retreat.
The primary residence features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, providing comfort and space for your retreat. Whether you choose to cozy up by the fireplace or prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, your desires are well catered to.

Our goal is to make sure that we satisfy the special needs of all of our clients and at the same time make the process and transactions go as smoothly as possible. Our company is dedicated to maintaining a professional, trustworthy long term partnership with our clients.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Monica started North Star Properties with one goal. To better serve the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan Area with a concierge service mentality for short term rentals. From the North suburbs of Detroit she was bred to be in the real estate industry. Both of her parents were entrepreneurs. She watched as her father built Gauthier Corporation, a very successful construction company, which is still running as strong as ever. Her mother started a cleaning company that meticulously made sure every home shined like the top of the Chrysler building. Working for both of her parents growing up, she understands the drive and passion it takes to achieve success. Prior to starting North Star Properties, she sold real estate on the Northside of Chicago before moving to the Dunes and making a permanent home.
"As a Realtor and Property Manager, I want to bring back the kind of service people forgot about it and should still come to expect from their agents today! It's not about getting the sale or rental, it's offering a uniquely qualified experience to my clients by building trust and a long term partnership.
