Great condo!

We stayed during the Independence Day week and it was very nice, clean, and convenient. Being on the 5th floor made it easy for us to use the stairs if needed when the elevators were busy. The owner was super helpful, and even offered suggestions for restaurants and activities while in PCB. Highly recommend!

Family vacation to Panama

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The description of the condo on line was the exact same! The owner David stayed in contact prior to my trip, during and afterwards. If I had a problem, he was right there to fix it. We will be back! We absolutely loved our week at the summit. ❤️🌊🌅🐬🏝️🏖️👙

Great Vacation

Better than advertised. Property owner (David) was great. David contacted me with in 10 mins of booking on VRBO. We are repete renters and will be again. Room 508 is great. Updated kitchen and new shower both were beautiful. The room was very clean and pretty upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful throughout our vacation. If your looking for a room at the Summit ROOM 508 is the place you want to be. Thank you again David for another great vacation.

Relaxing at the Beach

Just got back from an amazing stay! The place was spotless, and the owner couldn’t have been nicer—super friendly and made everything easy. The balcony was definitely a highlight, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. It had these great Polywood high-top chairs, perfect for sitting out there with a coffee or drink and just taking it all in. Such a peaceful and relaxing spot. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Getaway

Host was great and very responsive. The condo was clean and had a great view. The staff were pleasant and Tiki bar was great! Downside we had colder weather than expected and it was college spring break so it was a bit loud and next to impossible to get on elevator. Overall I would stay again just maybe a different month.

Summit Review

Property was clean with new apliances, balcony funiture and pillow top mattress on king bed. Had leak in washing machine hose which never got fixed while I was there although David, the owner, sent maintanance to fix it several times. David was in touch with me from the beginning answering any questions that I had which I appreciated. Elevators were a problem as they never were all working and I often had to use the stairs instead.

Summit 508

Love The Summit! Great fun atmosphere! Elevators are slower than molasses. Besides that it’s a great place to stay. The owner of 508 is super nice! I was shocked when he called us the day before check in. He even texted us some good places to eat. Beautiful view. I do wish the outside furniture were more comfortable. Overall it was a awesome trip.

The condo and the location were immaculate. David, the owner, was awesome to deal with. The employees at check in weren’t very helpful although it didn’t take long to get in. Condo was exactly as described. The only dislikes were the elevator wait and the evacuation alarm went off 6 times in the middle of the night the first two days. The first time was very frightening but the other 5 were annoying. Overall the stay was great, would highly recommend.

The condo owner was really good to work with. He gave me his number so I could text him or call about issues or checking in and out. We will definitely contact him first when we vacation again. The condo was cheerfully decorated. We had a great week.

Good place for family with kids, a little loud at night but the emerald coast with the white sand is worthed the trip. Apartment was a little dirty.

The property was exceptional, the location was excellent and the beach was beautiful. David went out of his way to make sure we were happy. David has to be the best owner we ever had to deal with. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice place for the money. Owner was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit. The room was clean, but the shower drain would not drain properly and we did not have a fitted sheet for the convertible couch. We made it work and had a great time. Also, we did not have a start up dishwasher pod or a single roll of paper towels as usual. Location was good and the owner was a very great responder. We would recommend this condo overall. No major issues at all!

2019 Vacation with my Grands!

My 3 grandchildren and I drove in from Louisiana and entered into a vacation paradise! The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had the basic starter necessities. The lock box was easy to use and was so much better than a key entry. David called before the trip and asked if I had any questions. He kept in touch on Home Away messenger and checked with me after the trip! I have been staying at the Summit for 24 years and I was VERY PLEASED with my room and my communication with David! I will be booking with David next summer if all is well! Room #508 and David Ahn are the best! Thanks, David for opening up your place for visitors. Looking forward to next summer!!!

Perfect! Need I say more?

David is caring, friendly, and honest! Although we have been renting at PCB for several years, he suggested new places for us to eat since he is more knowledgeable of the area. He likes to stay in touch before and after...we will likely be back!!!
