the signature house

Signature cottages and bistro is a rustic budget establishment that offers accommodation and  a bistro.
We are in the outskirts of naivasha town, on the Nairobi nakuru highway.
Of using public transport ask to be dropped off at signature bus stop.
The property is  situated on a quarter acre parcel of land.

Ours are simple budget homes, with a roughly hewn finish that incorporates nature into every aspect of the decor, both indoors and outdoors.
That the structures have an aged and rustic look, (it's by design) and not at all modern is a niche  we chose on purpose.
Comfortable , easy, cozy, clean, relaxed, uniquely different ambience is what we assure our guests.
We also assure a very attentive follow up on the utmost comfort and enjoyment to our guests.
We are about the little thoughtful touches, while providing all the privacy the guests require.
We go the extra mile to ensure our guests have a memorable stay.
So for those whose style preferences are similar to ours, we assure you a memorable stay!

However, to those who prefer the consummate design and decor, this cottage will most likely look/ feel overgrown /raw  and not at all in line with their expectations.

To avoid discomfort to either parties in this scenario, it's my plea to the guest to confirm with me any extra details and info before committing to book.

The space
This is a two house unit, a five bed and a two bed. We are very near the shopping malls and night spots.
lake Naivasha is 15minutes drive, while hells gate and mt Longmont are 30minutes drive.

This unique cottage is just outside Naivasha town. It is near Kenya Wild life Service.
It offers a refreshingly country feeling with lovely trees and matured gardens, complete with a variety of bird species.
There is a beautiful free form swimming pool in the yard.
The spacious sitting room has a fire place where guests gather at whenever the evenings are chilly.
And if you love the camping/ bush outdoorsy kind of vibe, there is an outdoors fire pit. Enjoy the cool evening by the bonfire!


All structures, man-made or otherwise, are subject to the unrelenting arms of nature. Indeed, leave a boulder, or a wall, alone long enough, and surely on it you will find moss. Here, we can only call ourselves loyal subjects to this immutable force, favouring rough, weatherworn surfaces to silky smooth ones. At whatever juncture, given a choice, we borrow from the bush more than we do hardware and decor stores. When nature asks to claim our planes, we prefer to direct than say no; to see the interference as endowment and not intrusion or battery. The result of this is a majestic building that welcomes age and wears its crow's feet with pride. We feel at home here, as will many travelers, to whom we provide an unprecedented accommodation experience. In the end, however, we acknowledge that this is not everyone's style, hence we are aware that not all prospective lodgers will be as entranced by the unfettered verdancy as we are. Nonetheless, we do guarantee unforgettable days and nights with a mind similar to ours.
