This unique home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms in sought after Woodbridge Island security estate and a short walk to one of Cape Town’s spectacular beaches with magnificent views of Table Mountain.
Large bright dining area and open plan modern kitchen, large living area, opening onto covered patio with beautiful outdoor furniture and braai. The patio is for exclusive use, the garden is shared with other guests.
Free high speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix.
The communal swimming pool is also located within a short distance from the house.
2 secure exclusive use parking bays as well as lots of visitor parking available.
