Set within a quiet complex of only three apartments, it enjoys a sought-after ground-floor position with a private, gated terrace leading directly to the shared pool and sun terrace.
Inside, the apartment is bright, beautifully furnished and equipped for a relaxing Mediterranean stay. The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Firestick and a Bluetooth speaker, creating a welcoming space after exploring Kalkanâs restaurants, shops or harbour.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including a fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, water cooler and cafetiĂšre.
