Couldn't have been better!

Great location, spacious condo, huge King-sized beds, and enough bathrooms/rooms for all four of us. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Mexico City. Communication was clear and very appreciated! Thanks for a great trip

Only issue

The only issue in our stay was that one of the restrooms had no water so we couldn’t flush toilet so after that we had 2 other restrooms to use which was a good thing but definitely wish we had the third one available for us. Other than that we were happy with this home. House had a lot of fans but wouldn’t hurt to have actual AC in the rooms because it did get hot in all the rooms.

This place is a scam

Received fairly responsive communication prior to the stay, ESPECIALLY when they needed me to submit payment through a 3rd party app. Received check in instructions to download an app and create an account. The app did not have any steps to create an account, and we could not get it to connect via Bluetooth to let us up to the unit. I messaged the host (who was aware of what general time I’d be arriving) several times with no response. Her number didn’t work, neither did the numbers listed in the building, including the one labeled emergency. VRBO customer support could not contact her either; they also did not offer to find us new accommodations, though I later learned they are supposed to. At this point we were stranded after 10pm at night and we found a hotel. I have had sparse communication from the host, it is now 6 days later and someone finally reached out to request my BANK INFO. VRBO customer support is dragging their feet saying they need to speak with the host. I ended up disputing the claims with my bank. This strongly feels like a scam and I hope VRBO takes down this listing/host. DO NOT BOOK.

Great Location- room for improvement

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the location is fantastic, with many nice cafes, restaurants, and a cute dog park nearby, there were several areas that could use improvement. First, the house gets extremely hot during the day, and the fans provided don't help much. It would be great if AC could be installed. Additionally, the current system for accessing the building via an app was inconvenient. Some members of our group were uncomfortable downloading the app and sharing their information, so they relied on me to get in and out. We were told in a somewhat condescending manner that everyone needed their own code to enter. Providing fobs instead of requiring an app would be much more user-friendly. The living room blinds also need attention. The side blinds don't work well, and there's no coverage in the middle section where the couch is, making it difficult to block the sun. Speaking of the couch, the blue one in the living room is very worn out. It felt like it was on the brink of breaking and was uncomfortable for my grandmother to sit on. New mattresses and pillows for the beds would also enhance the comfort, as the current ones are quite old. Additionally, the towels provided were stained and worn out. It would also be helpful to have some bowls available, as there were only plates provided. During our stay, the water was turned off twice without notice, leaving us without options for the whole day, which was quite inconvenient.
