Bachelor Party

We had a party of 14 people and it was so fun! Played pool/ping pong, video games, and enjoyed the hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood and not far from night life in Minneapolis. Host was laid back and checked in to make sure it was going well.

It was okay

I'll say this first, the owner was very obliging and let us get into the house early. Great with communication. Was great to deal with. Definitely a safe, quiet neighborhood. Right across from a school. The house however, was definitely a bachelor pad and needed a little TLC. Dark shades and darker decor. Sheets and towels were clean, but we had to wash anything we wanted to use in the kitchen beforehand. The pot holders were filthy. Don't expect to cook full-blown meals here as the kitchen is not fully stocked. Any pantry items have probably been there forever. Probably a fine house just for adults, but I would not bring kids to it again.

Exactly as advertised, we had a great stay. It was a group of 10 guys and we had a terrific time utilizing the outdoor space and playing games inside. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for a family stay

Adorable house a short drive from Mall of America. Very well thought out as far as sleeping arrangements and our kids still talk about the game room in the basement. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating since we needed to park our travel trailer in the driveway during our stay. The house is in a safe neighborhood across the street from a school. I felt safe walking our dog in the area.

Did our family Christmas weekend in September

House was very clean, we did make many meals at the house, worked out nicely. Had a night of playing games in the game room, and definitely enjoyed the hot tub! I would bring my family there again if we stayed in the cities, it was kind of centrally located on all the different things that we did for our weekend.

Great getaway close to the city

We stayed here and enjoyed a concert downtown and a short drive to the renaissance festival the following day. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Daughters Golden 18th Birthday!

Being a "near' Christmas baby, we always try to make her birthday a bit special - and it was her Golden 18th this year! We found this property to rent, with a hot tub, near the Mall of America, that would accommodate all her her friends. John was EXCELLENT to work with, the house was super cute and easy to find. The girls had no issues finding their way to the Mall for dinner and back, and they loved the hot tub and how they could all hang out either upstairs or downstairs with plenty of room. The kitchen was a decent size, they spent time at the table for cake, making ginger bread houses and for the waffle bar in the morning. Plenty of parking, easy instructions. I would recommend this house to anyone local or out of town, as its in a great location for doing things around the cities! Thank you John for making my daughters birthday just that much more special!

Enjoyable and stress free stay

Host was amazing, had an early flight and allowed us to check in earlier than what was scheduled. Locked ourself out of the house and host was able to swing by to unlock it quickly. House had many amenities to keep us busy and enjoy family time. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a clean/fun place to stay.

Great Minneapolis Rental House

We stayed in the house with my brother-in-law, 5 teenagers & 2 kids ages 6-11. It had all the space we needed bedrooms & bunks. Perfect for 2 families & kids. High seat table, but fine for our big kids. Great to have 2 TV’s and pool table converts into ping pong. We used the hot tub. Host was very responsive when I could not find some kitchen supplies, they delivered immediately.

LOVED our experience!

I booked this property for a get together with some friends, there were 10 of us in all. We had plenty of space and definitely appreciated the number of beds! The house was perfectly clean upon arrival, nicely decorated, and a well-stocked kitchen with different dishes and utensils. We also enjoyed the hot tub, it was very nice! We did have to exchange the propane tank in the grill before we could use it, but the host refunded us immediately! The host was very courteous and always responded promptly. This home is in a great location, I highly recommend booking!

Fabulous Home

This property exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space, and things to do to keep a big family happy! Game room was a huge bonus for us. Location was perfect. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and just a few minute drive to the Mall of America. The property manager was very kind and attentive! We really couldn't have asked for a better place for our family to stay!

No privacy camera facing the back of the house into the house of the kitchen if you in swimming trunks to go into the hot tub you will be on a Motion centered camera from door to the hot tub. When you first walk into the house the back door by the drive way, glass door is dirty as few mirrors was not cleaned and kitchen and living room door is dirty. The view was horrible there was garbage leaves, candy rapers and a peice of paper outside the window that said “kms” as well as metal gards were around the window only allowing you to only look at a branch with carnival cercuis triangle designs. 3 windows in basement are only for lighting can’t see thru design proposes only. 0/5 for view didn’t know it was in a school zone straight across from the school I’m not in the area so I didn’t know. Also in a neighborhood watch zone. Just to inform for the next residents. We wanted to play Wii but 2/5 controller were Evan connected to the Wii took forever to set up and by the time we did connect them only 3 would work all the batteries in the drour were already used. we didn’t Evan wanna play anymore just a hassle to setup and actually play with family. There was a bottle of pills under the bed in the basement and a nuck for a baby and popcorn kornal of the bed, pink bow under the dresser of the basement left the pills on kitchen table (NOT OURS). The ventilation above the oven was dirty. Out of the 4 rooms there was only 2 small fans, a fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

About Me - My name is John-Lukas Erickson, I'm 21 years old, and I grew up in Eden Prairie Minnesota. I love to spend my free time with my family, playing games, eating food and enjoying some great conversation. I've been skiing and roller blading, since I was five years old, and I'm pretty good at Kendama. (Look it up if you're interested). Why I'm A Host - I'm not going to tell you that I host families and friends at my properties simply because of how fulfilling it is to make people happy. (Though that is a factor.) The real reason I began operating short term rentals is because I know that real estate is a great way to build a strong financial foundation, and providing guests with comfortable, convenient, and entertaining experiences is the most profitable way to use residential real estate.

The house is super close the MSP Airport, Mall of America, US Bank Stadium, Target Center, and so much more. It's also not far from where I live, so I can get there when I need to.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It's in an excellent location, has an awesome Hot Tub, a fire pit, a pool table, 9 beds, and so much more. But I think the real difference between my properties and others is the attention to detail that I maintain throughout the home. Everything is included, no extra fees. (Only small cleaning and pet fees).
