This beachfront cottage rental offers 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an open loft sleeping area. The large, airy, open, great room offers an outstanding beach view from an 8' expanse of sliding glass doors, which also lead unto the large, covered deck overlooking the beach. All renters agree, this villa offers the best beach and ocean views from nearly every room.

This beach cottage rental offers all amenities including a fully equipped open kitchen, spacious living area, A/C, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. It also offers a very spacious beach front balcony - great spots to relax with a cool drink after a hard day of fishing, snorkeling, or beachcombing.

Renters here have delighted in catching many bonefish directly in front of Sandy Shores. There is also terrific snorkeling, fishing, and diving available in Spanish Wells.

Sandy Shores is located in a secluded area, but just a few minutes from the conveniences of Spanish Wells including well-stocked grocery stores, restaurants, home bakeries, marinas, a well-stocked liquor store, waterfront bars, and more. Spanish Wells is the fishing capital of the Bahamas, so there are all kinds of fresh seafood available.

Sandy Shores includes free use of a paddle board and (2) tandem ocean kayaks which are great ways to explore the area. (Otherwise, paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles are expensive to rent separately if you can find any available to rent.) Golf cart rentals are plentiful in Spanish Wells and can easily be rented starting at $225/wk. = $32/day with discounts offered for longer stays.

This beach villa rental is a great choice for two - four couples traveling together, one couple looking for a romantic getaway, or a family of up to ten adults and two small children.

Sandy Shores accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 small children. Larger groups, gatherings, parties, dinners, weddings, receptions, etc., of more than 12 persons are not permitted at Sandy Shores without prior written consent and additional fee paid.

We can help you with reserving fishing charters, snorkeling trips, and golf cart rentals. Its best to reserve these at the same time that you reserve the villa. Capt. Smiley along with his brother Capt. Scuba, are licensed captains that enjoy taking our visitors on fishing, snorkeling, boating, and caving excursions. Many of our guests say that their excursion with Capt. Smiley or Capt. Scuba is one of the very best parts of their vacation.
