Yes itâs the most central spot in Beirut. Yes it`s surrounded by the coolest bars, restaurants, cafĂ©s, galleries and book shops. Yes itâs in a beautiful old charming Lebanese building. Yes it`s newly renovated. But again, it`s more than that!
It`s a loft with an open kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, open living rooms, a swing, an elephant and a blue wall :)
Everything available in the apartment is at our guests` disposal!
We all live nearby and are very resourceful! Any one of us is available whenever needed! Plus being a diversified group of young architects, art directors, event planners, and engineers with a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm, between the five of us, we`ve pretty much got everything about town covered.
We`re located on the main street with easy access to everything you`d wish for through various modes of transportation (taxis, bus, `services`, walking...) It`s the place to be. New design shops, cool pubs, excellent food... it`s all within walking distance.
It`s located on a primary street with access to public transport
We`re on a primary street with easy access to a rare private rooftop terrace, with an amazing view, and great feel of Beirut.
Everything available in the apartment is at our guests` disposal!
We all live nearby and are very resourceful! Any one of us is available whenever needed! Plus being a diversified group of young architects, art directors, event planners, and engineers with a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm, between the five of us, we`ve pretty much got everything about town covered.

Mar Mikhael is one of Beirut`s most charming neighborhoods. During the day it is home to cafes, restaurants and all kinds of old and new shops. At night, it turns into a bustling street full of trendy bars and pubs. You can find food, beverage and music venues to suit all tastes: from some of the best Lebanese and Armenian cuisine Beirut has to offer, to top-rated burger joints and fusion restaurants, to hip cocktail bars and live music venues â Mar Mikhael has it all.
The best way to get around Mar Mikhael is on foot. The apartment is located on Mar Mikhael`s main street â Armenia Street â and from there you can easily reach the areas of Gemmayzeh, Downtown and Bourj Hammoud walking.
If you`re going a little further, Armenia Street is the perfect place to catch a cab or a local shared taxi (servees). Any car with a red license plate is a taxi or servees!

Photoshoot, Videography and Cinematography of all kinds are prohibited inside our apartments without prior written authorization.
Authorization can be acquired by submitting a special request. Please note that rates would vary from the standard Airbnb prices.
*Gatherings:
Please observe the number of guests allowed when submitting a booking. It clearly indicates the number of people allowed inside the apartment at once. Anything above the mentioned number will be considered a gathering.
With the exception of specific apartments gatherings are strictly prohibited and rates would vary from the standard Airbnb prices.
Please note while gatherings are strictly prohibited there are no restrictions on minor social visits by friends and family.
*Disturbance:
Noise and loud music will not be tolerated after 11 pm.
Any form of disturbance to the local neighborhood will not be tolerated at any given time.
Failure to abide by the above rules and regulations will be considered a direct violation of the hosting policies and will result in the immediate termination of your booking in addition we will claim your security deposit without notice.

2. Guest Limits & Gatherings
* Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in your booking is permitted to stay on premises. Exceeding this limit is considered an unauthorized gathering.
* Visitors: We welcome minor social visits from friends and family, but large groups and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure the privacy and safety of all residents.
3. Community Disturbance
* Quiet Hours: Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 23:00.
* Neighborhood Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disturbances to our neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
4. Mandatory Legal Registration (Passport Copy)
* Regulation: As a registered company with the Ministry of Tourism, we are legally required by Lebanese General Security (Immigration Authorities) to collect passport copies for all guests prior to check-in.
* Digital Collection: For your security and convenience, these documents may be collected via a secure external link (such as ChargeAutomation) or our guest portal.
* Check-in Access: Please fulfill this requirement promptly upon booking; check-in instructions and access codes will only be released once your registration is complete.
