Photoshoot, Videography and Cinematography of all kinds are prohibited inside our apartments without prior written authorization.
Authorization can be acquired by submitting a special request. Please note that rates would vary from the standard Airbnb prices.
*Gatherings:
Please observe the number of guests allowed when submitting a booking. It clearly indicates the number of people allowed inside the apartment at once. Anything above the mentioned number will be considered a gathering.
With the exception of specific apartments gatherings are strictly prohibited and rates would vary from the standard Airbnb prices.
Please note while gatherings are strictly prohibited there are no restrictions on minor social visits by friends and family.
*Disturbance:
Noise and loud music will not be tolerated after 11 pm.
Any form of disturbance to the local neighborhood will not be tolerated at any given time.
Failure to abide by the above rules and regulations will be considered a direct violation of the hosting policies and will result in the immediate termination of your booking in addition we will claim your security deposit without notice.

* Authorization: No professional photoshoots, videography, or cinematography are permitted without prior consent.
* Commercial Rates: Please note that commercial use of the property is subject to different pricing than residential stays. Contact us for a custom quote or a `Special Offer` via the Airbnb platform.
2. Guest Limits & Gatherings
* Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in your booking is permitted to stay on premises. Exceeding this limit is considered an unauthorized gathering.
* Visitors: We welcome minor social visits from friends and family, but large groups and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure the privacy and safety of all residents.
3. Community Disturbance
* Quiet Hours: Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 23:00.
* Neighborhood Respect: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disturbances to our neighbors. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
4. Mandatory Legal Registration (Passport Copy)
* Regulation: As a registered company with the Ministry of Tourism, we are legally required by Lebanese General Security (Immigration Authorities) to collect passport copies for all guests prior to check-in.
* Digital Collection: For your security and convenience, these documents may be collected via a secure external link (such as ChargeAutomation) or our guest portal.
* Check-in Access: Please fulfill this requirement promptly upon booking; check-in instructions and access codes will only be released once your registration is complete.
