Maison traditionnelle de bord de mer

Chalet traditionnel en bord de mer, entouré d'un jardin méditerranéen privé composé de citronniers, d'orangers et de mandarines.

Notre maison tranquille est l'endroit idéal pour les personnes qui aiment vivre près de la nature. Il y a un grand jardin privé devant la maison et une magnifique terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer - un endroit parfait pour regarder les couchers de soleil, les oiseaux et les bateaux.

La maison est située sur l'île de Milos, dans le village de Pollonia, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de la bande principale de cafés et de magasins longeant le rivage. Depuis le jardin, il y a un accès privé à une belle plage de sable fin.

Hébergement - à l'intérieur: une chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer et le jardin, une spacieuse douche / WC et une petite cuisine avec un canapé-lit (pour un enfant).

Espace extérieur: jardin privé avec une table de patio, des chaises longues et une terrasse sur le toit avec des canapés confortables et une vue sur la mer et le jardin.

Equipements: air conditionné, télévision satellite, internet wifi, kitchenette entièrement équipée, lave-linge, douche extérieure, barbecue. Des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage et un lit bébé sont disponibles sur demande.

Les transferts sont inclus dans le prix, ainsi que le service d'entretien régulier. Les draps et les serviettes seront changés toutes les deux ou trois nuits.

Les propriétaires habitent à proximité et seront disponibles pour toute information ou assistance dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

Wonderful stay

We loved our little house in Milos. The location was fab with just a few steps down to a lovely little beach. Minutes walk to some gorgeous restaurants. Anna the host was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic and relaxing place

This is a typical cycladic house, wonderful and fantastic house, very clean, and with big private garden. Anna, the owner, is a special person. All is perfect: house, location and island. Many thanks Anna for everything.

Amazing stay in a marvelous environment

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place in Pollonia. The property is exactly what we were looking for: a beautifully arranged villa 30 meters away from an almost-private beach with clear turquoise waters. And all within a walking distance to Pollonia's amenities such as restaurants, mini-markets and transportation. Pollonia is a fantastic destination and ideal for families. A small, well-kept and stylish fisherman's village with superb beaches, picturesque landscapes and extraordinary restaurants. Its a great base to discover the beauty of both Milos and Kimolos. On top of that Anna was a great host and made us feel at home. We already miss our stay there and we'll come back for sure in the future.

Milos est une île magnifique! A ne pas manquer !

Cette petite maison typiquement cycladique est dans un port où il fait bon vivre. Elle est propre, coquette, bien aménagée, on s’y sent comme dans un cocon! Bien placée, au milieu d’un joli jardin, avec une terrasse de toit offrant une vue splendide,elle est proche (tout en ayant son intimité ) de la maison d’Anna, la propriétaire. Anna nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, elle nous a offert un service impeccable (ménage et changement de linge tous les 3 jours!). C’est une adresse que l’on recommande chaudement pour deux personnes! La petite plage quasi-privée à 50 m est un atout certain!

Milos sous son meilleur jour …

Coup de cœur dès notre arrivée pour le soin apporté à la décoration, au choix des matériaux de rénovation, jusqu'à la qualité du linge, à l'intérieur de la maison traditionnelle comme à l'extérieur ( grand jardin et terrasse très bien aménagés). L'accueil et les conseils d'Anna, la propreté des lieux, la petite plage au bout de l'allée, la situation très calme et les restaurants de qualité à Pollonia ont contribué à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables … Adresse à conseiller sans réserve, y compris avec des enfants ! Very good

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's area. The house is very nice, calm and close to the center of Pollonia.Anna's takes care of everything to be sure we are enjoy ( she arrange the transfert to the airport and Port) I recommend this house and I'm sure if I come back to Milos I will stay in this area

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand, sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet

Ein topgepflegtes Haus, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, ohne Nippes oder überflüssige Deko. Die Küche sauber, keine abgelaufenen oder ekligen Lebensmittel, reduziert aber genügend ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt unterhalb einer kleinen Straße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Vom Dachbalkon aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick. Wir bekamen zwei Mal wöchentlich neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche und eine Grundreinigung, ein echter Luxus, aber sehr angenehm. Die Vermieterin Anna unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

A MUST STAY!!

This property is amazing and Anna is so hospitable. My husband and I stayed at Anna's property for just over a week. We cannot wait to go back!! With a perfect beach spot in the backyard and only a 2 min walk to the town I don't know what else you could ask for. This property is truly a must stay and the island of Milos has so many hidden treasures. Thank you again Anna and Alex!! From your Canadian travellers

Home from home

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Anna and her family, nothing was too much trouble. This traditional Seaside House had everything we require in a holiday accommodation. The house was very clean, fully equipped and well maintained. It is set in a beautiful garden/orchard location, five minutes walk from the main beach, tavernas and amenities. There is also a quieter, more secluded beach a few minutes walk through the garden where we had the use of a couple of sun beds, courtesy of Anna. We also used the outside patio area a lot for our meals and relaxation. We would happily recommend this property to our family and friends. Thanks Anna for a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to seeing you again next year.

My favorite place in Pollonia

It was wonderful ! direct access to a beautiful and small beach without people, 2 minutes walk to restaurants and shops, very nice terrace where you want to stay and have dinner, roof terrace with sea view !!! Everything is well thought in the house, everything is beautiful, Anna, the owner, is so nice, and had a perfect taste That's much better than a luxury hotel (my friends who were in the most luxurious hotel on the island have preferred the house of anna. I recommend this place at 1000% !!!!

Perfect house for family that enjoys be together

We were five!! Anna prepared to make it possible to be all of us. If you like to spend some days hanging close with your family, it is perfect. Outside is big, with frutal trees, and different spaces to enjoy, the terrace up, the table to eat outside. And the beach right there!! We felt just happy and will come back and recommend other friends. Thanks Anna!!

Traumurlaub

We (my husband, my son and me) really enjoyed our stay at Anna’s house! We arrived at the airport and Anna came to pick us up. On the way to the house she told us a lot about Milos and we felt welcome from the first moment on! The house was fantastic! Calm, cosy and clean. I think it was “love at first sight”!  There was everything we needed: A cosy bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a small kitchen (which we used a lot! ) In addition, there is an extra bed in the kitchen. The most wonderful part of the house was the terrace and the garden! We really enjoyed sitting out there! At Anna’s house you are absolutely private but if you need anything, Anna is living next door and always helps with everything! The beach is also just a short walk away (through the garden). In addition, you can reach the centre of Pollonia in a 3-minutes-walk. There you find two mini-markets and a bakery (and also a lot of taverns-mmmmhhh…) So there is everything you need around and still you have a private, calm house that invites to relax and enjoy! We also rented a car to explore the island and its wonderful beaches. That’s something we would really recommend! All in all it was an amazing holiday! We really loved it and we’d like to thank Anna for everything!

Petite maison pleine de charme dans un jardin au calme très bien entretenu. Une terrasse en plus. Accès direct et privé sur une petite plage très appréciable. Idéalement situé près des petits commerces et restaurants. Et très bon accueil d'Anna. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

WE HAVE BEEN ONE WEEK IN THIS WONDERFUL HOUSE. ANNA TAKES CARE OF EVERY DETAIL TO MAKE YOURSELF TO FEEL HAPPY. SHE HAS A WONDERFUL GARDEN WITH FRUIT-BEARING TREES THAT DO THAT HAVING BREAKFAST THERE IS WONDERFUL. MILOS AND THIS HOUSE ARE THE PERFECT COUPLE.

Best holiday I've ever had

Title says it all. Anna speaks excellent english and was so lovely throughout our stay. The island is peaceful and friendly and the house is just as beautiful as you imagine! It's situated in a perfect location in a small town - beaches were less than 5 mins walk in nearly any direction and shops and restaurants on the waterfront were just as close. Anna didn't disturb us at all, she simply popped around to change the towels and bedlinen every few days and keep the place tidy. I can't recommend it enough. I'm sure we'll be back.

Fantastisch !

In juli verbleven wij 16 dagen bij Anna. Het huis(je) is rustig gelegen in grote tuin, men kan volop genieten van de twee terrassen, het is ook veel mooier dan op de foto's. Al het nodige is dan ook aanwezig. Anna is zeer vriendelijk, hulpzaam maar discreet. Je hebt hier volledige rust en privacy. Pollonia is tevens een mooi en rustig dorpje. We bevelen dit huis zeker aan iedereen aan die volop wil genieten van zijn verblijf en vakantie.

A jewel in Polonia

Quite difficult to find the words! We loved the place and Anna who is a great host. The house is perfectly designed, very convenient and access to almost a private beach is great. The terracce is great for a quiet romantic diner. Everything was perfect and very easy. Anna, the owner, is great. She took care from the welcome at the airport to the drive to the harbor. She speaks perfectly English and German, what helped a lot. She promised to learn French and I promised to learn Greek. I really recommend this property for any traveller looking for something unsual quiet and at the same time very close to the center of the city of Pollonia. We will go back to Milos and to this place.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung der Vermieterin. Duch den Garten zum Strand, der auch schattige Plätze bietet. Vor dem Haus ein vor der Sonne schützender Johannisbrotbaum, außerdem eine luftige Dachterrasse. Anna ist eine sehr nette, fürsorgliche Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt ruhig, der Ortskern ist aber schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn man ein Auto braucht, dann für Ausflüge an die anderen sehr schönen, z.T. bizarren Strände von Milos.

Great stay in Milos

My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon on Milos and had a great time! Anna was kind enough to pick us up at the port and drive us to the house (she stopped to pick us up a bottle of wine from a local vineyard when she heard it was our honeymoon). The house is unique and stylish and we were immediately charmed. It is separated from Anna's house, and you have complete privacy. The interior is clean and well furnished, but what we really loved was the outdoor space. A patio table, lounge chairs, and a gorgeous rooftop deck with a view of the sea -- the perfect spot for sunsets and watching the birds and the boats. We wished we had friends to invite over to use all the outdoor space! The property contains numerous fruit trees which we were welcomed to enjoy (and did!). The bathroom is large with a nice full shower. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Modern lighting and air conditioning. The location is also quite good. Many of the studios in Pollonia are located on the west end of the peninsula, further from the beach and restaurants. Anna's house is 2-3 minutes walking distance from the main strip of cafes and shops along the shore. The property also has private access to a small, off-the-beaten-path beach. No car rental necessary if you're content to stay in town (and we were!). You are around the corner from everything Pollonia has to offer. Anna was a gracious host, picked us up and dropped us off at the port. She even invited us into her home and gave us coffee and cookies, and even showed us her wedding pictures. After staying in studios on other islands, this was the experience my wife and I were looking for: our own little island house for the weekend, right next to the beach. The property itself was a definite highlight of our experience on Milos.

the best place for two persons or three in Milos

We spent our last holidays in Milos, a very lovely Island, in Polonia a Little village wit an wounderfull place to see the sun goes down. We lived in a little house, near the beach and near the backery, the house was inside very lovely and in the kitchen were all the things you need. The Transfer from and to the port was done from the owner. The owner was very helpful and speakes very good Germany and english.

Perfect and romantic place in Milos
