Ocean Dunes 320 est une villa, vous êtes sûr de vouloir visiter encore et encore avec toutes les commodités de la maison qui comprennent Internet sans fil, les appels interurbains dans le U. S. et au Canada.

Un nouveau Queen Size Sleep Number matelas, 27 "écran plat HDTV w / construit dans le combo et Docking Station DVD compléter la chambre. Adjacent à la chambre à coucher est une grande salle de bains. Situé dans le couloir, il y a 2 demi lits superposés privé (idéal pour les petits enfants), qui peut être fermé par une porte.

Le salon a New canapé-lit queen size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de haute qualité, La-Z-Boy inclinable, montage mural 42 TVHD à écran plat et un lecteur DVD "plat. Le salon comprend également une table à manger pouvant accueillir 4. Jeux, livres et DVD sont disponibles dans la villa pour votre plaisir. Il y a un balcon privé situé au large de la zone de vie qui offre une belle vue sur l'océan Atlantique. Les ventilateurs de plafond ont été installés dans la chambre à coucher, le salon et le balcon. Le condo a une taille cuisine complète avec de nouveaux petits appareils (cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain et micro-ondes) et fournit une cuisinière électrique, grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et est bien approvisionné avec beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine et gadgets pour le rendre facile à cuisiner . Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a assuré le service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la piscine et pique-nique en bord de mer "Nouveau". Nos clients Ocean Dunes ont également accès au Club Fitness Center du joueur qui a une salle de gym et une piscine intérieure chauffée.

Ocean Dunes est situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza et Coligny Beach Park. Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui est situé à environ 70 kilomètres de l'océan. Les installations incluraient une piscine en bord de mer et un accès gratuit au Player's Club pour l'utilisation de sa piscine intérieure chauffée ainsi que de son centre de remise en forme. Les clients ont accès au bar-grill Oceanside du Hilton et au Starbucks.

Beachfront Property

Very nice location. The property was as described and was very nice. The pool was very nice as well. Loved the view of the pool and beach. We spent a lot of time on the patio, and really enjoyed it. Suggest adding a pitcher for lemonade, more toilet paper, a shot glass, and beach towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular and with the AC running in the bedroom it was quiet overall. The tub drained a little slow, but everything else in the Villa was good. The shower water pressure was good and the villa overall was clean. But we came to the beach for the view of the ocean, and this room has that in spades. The pool was heated, which was a must as it was on the chilly side during our stay. Lots of things to do close to the property. Check out Hilton Head Social Bakery and the Jazz Corner. Both are amazing!!

The room was clean and the furniture was nice. We bought an umbrella for the week and left it there for the next guests to use. We appreciated having the two beach chairs there to use for the week. The only thing I can think of to fix was the floor boards of the balcony felt really soft and made me a little concerned to walk around on it.

overall Good Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from June 13th- 17th and were pleased with our visit. The space fit our family comfortably. But there were a few problems we had, the top bunk, even with a step ladder; which was provided, could not be reached. We had to pull the mattress down to put it on the floor. The front door was very hard to unlock and lock. There is a huge soft spot on the balcony that made you feel as if you were going to fall through, which is very unsafe. The internet stopped working after the first night there and on the last night, we killed a cockroach. Overall a good place to stay, the view makes up for it.

Sleep number bed was nice, since I like a soft bed. I really like the location also. We went on long 2-4 mile walks on the beach each day. The sand is hard which was a little different than I am used to and hardly any shells. Would recommend providing beach chairs in the unit.

The unit was a little dated but was clean and mostly comfortable. The Sleep Number bed wasn’t the very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. The seating on the balcony was worn and not very enticing to want to sit on. The elevator was not working when we checked but was fixed before we left.

The unit itself was not impressive. It had a pile of dust on the headboard and the fan in the bathroom was horrendously dirty. The bed in the bedroom is out of its prime and very uncomfortable. The living and kitchen area is fine and it served its purpose of giving us a place to stay for a quick trip on the beach. As someone in the hospitality industry myself, a little updating and a better cleaning service would go a long way.

The condo was small but there was only two of us so we made it work. It was VERY dated, and not clean enough. I understand many places are short handed with workers like cleaning people but dust, grime and other people’s hair in the bathroom are not okay. We informed the management that the cable wasn’t working. They had someone out to fix it right away.

Unpleasant stay made it work

Unit need some sprucing up wallpaper pealing and other thing needed attention.This is the first Unit we rented in 33 year we have been staying on the Island we had a major safety issue! Stepped out on the balcony and the flooring was not supportive, spongy over most of the balcony. Called Vacation Time right away and was told no one could come out till Monday to inspect and to stay off the balcony till then. No morning coffee enjoying the view, no evening star gazing. On Monday service person arrived in the late afternoon? Affirmed our concerns and was told to avoid a certain area of the balcony! AC Unit in the living room was not working properly could not be fixed by service person. Do Not Rent This Unit till They Mention the Balcony Has Been Repaired!We have worked with Vacation Time for several years and always was pleased with their Service, this is the first time they FAILED their Mission Statement for Customer Service!I will keep this in mind the next time we come to HHI there are other companies that provide renting.

Great beach with good access and private bathroom/shower cabanna near the beach. Property has access to a cozy outdoor bar and grill area next door with good food and some live music - nice touch. Secure parking with adequate space. We felt very secure during our stay. Very nice and welcoming management staff. Missed having a private washer and drier.Nice new TV's, but no cable or satellite service so there is no access to normal national or local network programing services, like local news and weather and daily major network programing- only 100 channels of fairly useless, ad supported "Free Samsung TV Plus" streaming service. Disappointing.Balcony has a very "soft" spot that feels unsafe - like the the wood under the carpet may be damaged. We reported this and the management staff seemed like they appreciated our comment and would address that issue. We would likely stay there again.
