🏡 Claire Villa by Younger Villas & Resorts boasts six AC Ensuite bedrooms within a newly renovated colonial villa with fast fiberoptic WIFI throughout the villa.

🛏️ 🛏️ The two mirrored master bedroom suites enjoy large king size 4 poster beds with daybed sofa seating, minibar fridge, fully opening glass French doors onto private veranda with more seating for inside outside living, ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks and his and hers showers and a luxury bath all outside under the jungle canopy.

🛏️ The third bedroom enjoys large king size bed and high ceilings with ensuite shower and bathroom.

🛏️ The fourth bedroom is a separate room from the main villa and a more private space with queen size bed, ensuite toilet, outside bath and shower and a large desk space for remote working.

🛏️ 🛏️ The fifth & sixth bedrooms are deluxe pool side suites, both bedrooms with the same layout, boasting large king size beds with hanging curtain surrounds, minibar fridge, large desk space for remote work, fully opening glass French doors onto your pool side view veranda with more seating for inside outside living, ensuite jungle bathroom with his and hers showers and a luxury bathtub all outside under the jungle canopy.

The villa living room has a large 65 inch HD TV and sofa seating area surrounded by antique colonial furniture and carefully selected artwork, a lovely space to relax with friends and family.

🏝️ Infinity Pool & Gardens:
In the lush tropical gardens we have a 45 feet infinity pool with jacuzzi seating and baja shelf, massage spa fountains and waterfall cascades, with sunbeds to relax and enjoy the tropical climate.

🍽️ Dining Veranda:
The dining veranda offers space to enjoy a freshly prepared meal from our menu with friends and family and more outside seating to enjoy the views of the lush gardens.

🧘‍♀️ Wellness Facilities:
In the mornings and evenings make use of the villas yoga shala and massage facilities with a yoga class or Ayurvedic massage.

Please note that kitchen access is not included with the booking, as the villa is fully set up for chef-prepared meals to maintain high service and hygiene standards.

📱 You can easily reach the villa management team at any time via phone call or message, and our friendly staff are always happy to assist with any requests - delivered with a warm smile.

🗣️ Our villa management and bookings team are English-born and speak fluent English, ensuring clear and easy communication. Our Sri Lankan villa staff also speak good English, although very fast speakers or strong accents may occasionally require some patience. Our cleaners speak Sinhala only. All staff are trained to be professional yet discreet, respecting your privacy and only stepping in when needed. For guests who do not speak English or Sinhala, our team is trained to use translation apps to communicate and will assist you with patience and care to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

🤝⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible subject to availability. A fee of $200 applies for each (must be paid in advance). For early check-ins or late check-outs longer than 3 hours outside of the regular check-in/out times, a 50% nightly rate applies. Please reach out in advance to check availability for your preferred times.

🌙 Night Check-In:

For check-ins after 10:00 PM, a late check-in fee of $50 applies to cover the additional staffing requirements.

🧹 Housekeeping & Guest Support:

Room cleaning, bin emptying, and other housekeeping services are available on request. Simply let our team know what you need and please remember to hand your room key to staff if you’d like your room cleaned. We’re here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

🍽️ Villa Meals & Kitchen Access:

We offer a curated food and drinks menu with a wide selection of Sri Lankan and Western options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner - all freshly prepared by our in-house chef using high-quality ingredients sourced daily. This supports our sustainability practices by reducing waste and ensuring peak freshness.

To enjoy our meals, we kindly ask that you pre-order in advance. However, if you forget, a selection of light bites and snacks is always available at the villa.

As the villa is fully set up for chef-prepared meals, kitchen access is not included for guests. This ensures smooth operations and the highest hygiene standards for both individual room and full-villa bookings. Meals are priced according to our menu.

🏡 Villa Staff & Operational Access:

Our dedicated villa staff may require access to shared areas during your stay to carry out housekeeping, prepare meals, and manage villa operations. Staff may also use the kitchen for staff meals and work from a discreet on-site office to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. A separate outdoor bathroom is provided for staff use to help maintain your privacy and comfort.

📍Location:

We are nestled in the jungle in a peaceful Sri Lankan village only a short drive (1.5km) to the beach through beautiful rice paddy field views 🌾 🌅

It is around 5-10 minute tuk-tuk or scooter ride or a lovely 20-30 minute scenic walk to an array of restaurants and cafes serving both Sri Lankan and Western delights ☕🍛 and only a short distance from Ahangama town centre which has a vibrant collection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes to explore along the beachfront.

The villa is perfectly located, should you be interested in the beautiful nature away from the hustle and bustle but only a short distance to a range of world class surf spots and beaches 🏄‍♀️🏖️ in Ahangama, Kabalana, Midigima, Welligama and Mirissa and the historical Galle Fort UNESCO world Heritage site well worth a visit.

🧭 Getting Around:

To help you get around easily, we’re happy to arrange tuk-tuk 🛺 or taxi 🚕 rides — just a quick 5–10 minute trip to the beach or town — or we can organise scooter 🛵 and bicycle 🚲 rentals if you’d prefer to explore independently at your own pace. Remember to obtain your Sri Lankan Driving Permit, which is legally required to ride a scooter. You can get it easily at the kiosk on arrival at BIA Airport, or later through AA Ceylon or the Department of Motor Transport in Colombo. A home-country licence or International Driving Permit alone is not valid in Sri Lanka without this endorsement. For those who enjoy a slower start to the day, it’s also a scenic 20–30 minute walk 🚶 through peaceful village lanes, lush jungle and rice paddy views to reach the beach or the heart of town.

📱 Alternatively, if you prefer to book your own transport, apps like Uber and PickMe are gradually becoming more available in the area and can be used for most journeys.
