Welcome to my home!
This new lavish, spacious apartment is saturated with chic furniture creating a modern and enticing atmosphere. The living room features a large sofa that can be convertible in a single bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for two. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead onto a private furnished balcony where you will enjoy the stunning views of the city and seaport.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the premium appliances, cookware and cutlery if you wish to cook a delicious meal.
The bedroom contains a king-sized bed and a single sofa bed, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a bathtub, a toilet and a large stone sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.
Other things to note
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
