The Cozy Corner is an intimate half of a duplex.

BEDROOMS:
- 2 Bedrooms with cloud-like queen size beds and walk-in closets.
- If you're looking for a quiet space to do some work, there is a desk area with a desk chair in one of the bedrooms.
- Down the hall, there is a full bathroom

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven combo, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster oven, and a washer and dryer.

Guests will receive a door code the day prior to or the morning of your reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.

Inside was nice and clean beds very comfortable. They only problem was the outside light was not working. Our overall visit was nice. I would most definitely stay with this host again.

The place is cozy and near downtown! It was clean. Unfortunately, we only had 3 towels for 4 guests and it took 6 hours to get a response from the property mgr for additional towels. This was inconvenient for getting ready for the day. I would suggest bringing towels, wash cloths during this stay.

Great stay! Always grateful for easy checkins and outs with great communication. I would be a little more clear on directions as maps doesn't lead you directly to the location. After that I had everything I needed for a great stay. Thanks again will be back.

Awesome place, management needs work

This apartment is cozy and comfortable, located in a funky Athens neighborhood. It's well-stocked and nicely renovated. My only complaint is that there wasn't always enough hot water for even one shower. But other than that, it was great. However, communication with the management company was the worst I've ever experienced. They called this "growing pains" and hopefully that's true, but I thought I'd briefly describe the saga here. When I replied to emails MPM sent me both through VRBO and regular email, they got returned as undeliverable. I don't know what the issue is with VRBO, but MPM somehow misspelled the return address in their own email. When I went to MPM's own website for vacation rentals, the phone number listed was (123) 456-7890! (I pointed this out to them and now now it has a real number.) Even more troubling, they lost the rental agreement that I signed when I booked the apartment, but never apologized or even acknowledged this, just insisted that I sign another one. (I even sent a PDF of the first one.) I was also required to submit a photo of my driver's license when I signed the first rental agreement. If I'm a victim of identity theft in the near future, I won't be surprised. The instructions to get into the apartment had two errors: the driving directions (left vs. right turn) and the directions to use the keypad on the door (to unlock, DON'T press the key icon after you put in the code). So, LOTS of stress beforehand, but the stay was lovely.

Apartment like living hidden in the suburbs.

The overall stay was great. However, it was a bit difficult to find the parking area for the BnB, if guests were over at the home on the corner by the BnB it made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway. The rooms were spacious, beds super comfortable and it had a full kitchen. One thing that was also an issues was that when we got into the BnB there were spiders in some of the corners and dirt on the floors by the entrance of the BnB and along the wall behind the couch. The reason we really noticed that issue is because we have toddlers and they like to crawl on the floor, but over all everything else was great. For the short time we were there it was a great place to stay and would stay again, but if we would have been there longer it may have been a bit of a problem and we would have needed to do a bit of sweeping around the area so our toddlers didn’t get bit by a spider or get their things dirty and we would need to make sure we could get in and out of the driveway when needed. Overall it was a great experience.

The Cozy Corner worked out. I was extremely nervous when I received the location directions but it worked out. On the inside it is comfortable but had a stale odor. I would recommend bringing your own towels and bedding if you are staying for a longer weekend. The towels were not acceptable. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.
