THE SPACE
This two-story home has some of the most unique features that will make your stay an Absolute five star experience.
From the moment you walk in the door the wow factor will be into play

Completely remodeled bathrooms with walk in showers and marble floors (be careful when wet)

Bedroom number one includes A king-size, transformer bed with Bluetooth, massage chair, USB charging ports, radio, reading light, and storage unit also a vanity, 75 inch television

Bedroom number two has a king size bed with storage, and a 65 inch television

Bedroom number three include a queen size bed with storage in a 65 inch television

Bedroom number four, a queen size bed with storage a double full bunkbed,
a pull-out twin with a 58 inch television

All mattresses are pillow top very comfortable

We have a Upstairs area with LED clouds. Perfect for dancing and family fun

Downstairs there are a plethora of amenities
Including:
A Billards pool table, LED sectional couch with Bluetooth and reading light, a hightop dining table with six barstools
And a nice 85 inch television

The garage has been transformed into a home theater with adobe Atmos acoustics that will have you feeling like you’re in AMC two mechanical couches, LED ceiling with a brick wall loft feel

The patio offers a seven seater hot tub high top fire-pit table that seats six a 75 inch television beautiful roof with lighting

The kitchen has a nice black copper and silver aesthetic high top table. We’re just about every appliance you could need


HOUSE RULES

Enjoy the Hot Tub!
* Please scrub and extract your body thoroughly of any deodorant, lotions, and soaps!
* Please enter and exit slowly.
* Do not enter If the temperature is above 104 F
* Limit your soak to 15 mins and cool off before re-entry
* Please do not bring glass in or near hot tub
* Please no diving, running, or horseplay.
* Please do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, or if you are ill.
* No animals are allowed in the pool or deck area.
* No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
* We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
* Children under 5 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
* Toddlers must wear a swim diaper.
Thank you for keeping our hot tub clean for the next guests to enjoy!

Failure to abide by any of these rules will subject your stay to an additional hot tub deep cleaning fee of $500

* Towels are available on beds and inside the linen closet near bathroom.

* Only flush tissue! No feminine products, wipes, paper towels, nor trash goes in toilet.

Kitchen

* Please use the cutting boards and do not cut directly on the counter tops.
* Please use garbage disposal for any loose foods that are down the drain, do not pour oil into drain.
* Please rinse the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
* Please run the dishwasher if needed before leaving. Dishwasher packs are located underneath the sink.
* Please wipe down the counter tops, stove top, fridge and coffee maker before you check-out.
* Please place all dishcloths & towels in the wash basket before leaving
* If something is broken or not working, please reach out and let us know

Please leave the kitchen as it was when you arrived and thanks for helping us keep it in good working order!




Theatre room rules

* Do no fiddle with receiver or projector.
* Host is available 24/7 for technical and mechanical support.
* No horseplay or running in theatre room
* Do not move or stand on ANY furniture



House Rules (3)

* Take your shoes off upon entering the property.
* Do not move or stand on ANY furniture.
* Do not misplace or remove remote controls out of any area that is originally located

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the Airbnb, will be subject to additional $1000 smoking fee Designated smoking area located outside on patio

Quite Hours
Respect neighbors quite hours starting from 10:00 pm till 9:00 am. During these hours please reduce noise & music volume.

Max guest of 16 persons. You will be subject to an additional $35 per person if home reaches over 16 guests

Pet Fee
Upon booking you are charged a non-refundable pet fee for each pet of $100. If pet is not on booking, they are not allowed. You will be subject to an additional $1000 pet fee for lack of acknowledgment.


Wash Dishes
If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help.

Preserve Energy
We would appreciate if you could turn off all lights and heating when you leave the
house each day, and on check out.

Damages
Should anything be broken, stolen, or any rules broken that would require monetary compensation you will be charged upon after checkout examination

Parking
Driveway comfortably fits up to 4 cars. ONLY 1 additional car is allowed to be parked in front of house. Be sure to park away from the middle of the street as possible.

These rules are only in place to make sure we can keep the house in good standing order for all other future guest. We do not wish to charge any extra fees only if genuinely need be.
