Amenities include an amazing roof top with swimming pool, bar, hammocks, BBQ, reading room, games room, TV room, 2-story gym, and 24/7 security. 1 King bed with 2 full bathrooms. Private terrace facing town and the beautiful mountains.
Guest access
Key card and code control access to the build, entire condo and full access to building amenities. We have one of best views in PV at our rooftop, an amazing two stories gym and many common places for you! Wiki through out entire building.
Other things to note
Unit comes with secure underground parking and with no steps or stairs to access the building or unit.

**SUMMER POOL CLOSURE - The building's rooftop pool will be undergoing a total overhaul this summer and will be closed for work from July 12 2023 - Oct15 2023. During this time the pool and Jacuzzi and surrounding areas will be closed and inaccessible to guests. The top floor lounge, games room, hammocks and fire pit will all remain open for guests to enjoy. We apologize for this loss of amenity and will confirm that all guests are aware it is not available during these dates. We have adjusted our prices down accordingly.

** The Avida Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Monday during the day until 3pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the hammock and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
