✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free wifi available throughout the home and several laptop-friendly surfaces.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children’s books and toys, and a high chair.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will be given 5 amenity badges so you can enjoy free access to all the community amenities including the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities and doesn’t have a badge will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.

The booking party must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the home throughout the stay. Individuals under the age of 21 will not be allowed on the property without their parent or legal guardian, unless prior written agreement has been made.
