Enjoy a fun vacation at this charming ground floor unit. The condo is equipped with a Smart TV, a kitchenette, comfortable sofa bed, a Queen bed in the master bedroom and an outdoor seating area. The unit is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a safe and beach chairs.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security and it's proximity to the beach.

One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South), located across the road from Flor de Limon. The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach. The central strip offers many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, and nightlife.

Guests can access to the outdoor seating area in front of the unit, the shared pool area and the common laundry.

We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.

The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.

All existing bookings prior to this date have already been notified.

For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

If you do not read this notice before booking, we will do our best to accommodate a request to move you; however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

Welcome to our beautiful two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo on the ground floor, facing the pool in a complex located just across the stunning Playas del Coco beach in Costa Rica! Our cozy and comfortable condo features a small kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a fridge, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and toaster.

The living room has a table that seats four and a smart TV for entertainment. Whether you want to watch a movie or catch up on your favorite show, the living room is the perfect place to do it. The condo has two chairs outside that face the pool, providing a perfect place to relax and lounge in the shade all day.

Nuestro acogedor y cómodo condominio cuenta con una pequeña cocina equipada con todo lo que necesitas para preparar tus comidas favoritas, incluyendo una nevera, freidora de aire, licuadora, cafetera y tostadora.

La sala de estar tiene una mesa para cuatro personas y una smart TV para entretenimiento. Ya sea que quieras ver una película o ponerte al día con tu programa favorito, la sala de estar es el lugar perfecto para hacerlo. As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
