The Space:

The living room features a plush 75'' Smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights, while the bedroom offers a restful retreat with a luxurious king-sized mattress and a 50'' Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. Experience the charm of our boutique building, with a reception area, security, and an elevator available for your convenience (though you'll only need to ascend one flight of stairs). Take advantage of the shared rooftop area with ocean views and a refreshing pool.

We provide high-speed fiber optic internet with a wifi speed of 50mbps, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Beach gear, including 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, is available for your convenience.

To enhance your experience, we offer a curated guidebook featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, secret spots, and must-visit beaches in the area. Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have full access to our charming 1-bedroom apartment and all its amenities. Feel free to enjoy the rooftop pool area and take in the breathtaking ocean views. The building also provides a private parking lot (limited spaces available) for residents and guests.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the stunning coastline of Banderas Bay, Bucerias is a captivating town that offers a perfect blend of tranquility and vibrant energy. Immerse yourself in the palm tree-lined walkways as you stroll to the beach, just a block away. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown, where you can explore local shops, taste authentic cuisine, and soak in the local culture. Bucerias is known for its welcoming atmosphere and picturesque landscapes, providing an ideal setting for a memorable vacation.

Getting Around:
You are 1 block from the beach and 10 min walking to anything downtown. 2 blocks away there is an Oxxo, a very popular corner store that has a wide selection of snacks, beer, and more. The nearest grocery store is on the south end of town, Chedraui, so you would need to drive there. Also, if you wanted to do any day trips to places like Sayulita, San Pancho, San Sebastian, or Puerto Vallarta, having a car would be really nice. For these occasions, rent a car, take a taxi, or use Uber / Indriver.
