Beautifully updated 4 bedroom townhouse with large King ensuite masters both up and down, gorgeous views of Folly River and designer touches! Location is ideal - several blocks from the beach (1/4 mile) and all the shopping and dining Folly Beach has to offer!

Choice of three relaxing patios and a variety of amenities: community pool, 4 adult bikes, 2 paddle boards, kayak and fishing from community dock (poles included). We provide a range of beach equipment including 6 towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and beach carts to transport it all in.

1st Floor: King Master with ensuite bathroom including JACUZZI tub/separate shower, Enclosed Patio, Kitchen/Dining and Living Room, 1/2 guest bathroom. Living Room contains a brand new queen sofa bed, linen provided. Sofa bed is a great option for kids (but I might not recommend for adults).

2nd: Floor: King Master with ensuite bathroom including Jacuzzi tub/separate shower and attached open patio with lovely seating for two, Queen bedroom, Twin bedroom with trundle, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

Entertainment: WiFi TV (Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime etc) in living room and every bedroom (except kid's room), Wii U with games in the kids' room along with a variety of toys, games, puzzles, and DVD's for those rainy days. Pack N Play with sheets also provided.

Parking: Tandem garage can accommodate 2-3 vehicles with one space in front of garage. The HOA also has parking spaces on site within a few steps.

*Please note there are 17 steps into the unit's 1st floor with the garage on the ground level.

**Word of Caution: We are unable to accommodate animals because our HOA does not allow guests to bring dogs and will fine you $250. Also, our asthmatic son is extremely allergic to all animals including hypoallergenic breeds. Any questions, don't hesitate to reach out, and thank you for your understanding**

Comfortable place in a great location

My wife and I and our daughter had a great stay here. Comfortable and spacious condo fully outfitted with everything needed for a beach vacation. Easy to check in and out and walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach.

Stay at Folly Beach

This was our 2nd year staying at this house. Jennifer is a wonderful host and we just love all the amenities and being so close to the beach.

Best house and location

We had a girls trip and had the best experience. The house was clean, the view was amazing and the host was great. We rented a golf cart but the house is easy walking distance and the neighborhood is so safe. Would totally visit again!

Folly Beach Gem

Location and space was perfect for our family of 4. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed and the two decks were great spots to hang out after a day at the beach or exploring the city. Host was very communicative and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend if your traveling as a family or small group of adults.

The property is located in a great spot with beautiful views of the water and outdoors. The outside spaces were nice. The property is a bit older and has a few signs of wear. Communication was great and booking was simple.

Our town house property was awesome! My only suggestion is that the bathrooms by the pool area need to cleaned and the pool area itself should be swept and cleaned on a daily basis. This is my fourth time staying at waters edge and because of our lovely town home we will definitely return for another vacation!

Laid back Folly in the perfect rental

Folly Beach is a great location for a laid back family vacation. We took golf carts to the beach and found the perfect spot where there weren’t many people. The neighborhood has a pool and the rental was perfect for two families with double masters. Nathan was quick to communicate and very helpful. We will be back!!

Perfect Vacation Setting

The accommodations were lovely. We had plenty of room for all of us, both from a bedrooms/bathrooms standpoint, and places in the townhouse to relax. The instructions for check-in were easy to follow and Jennifer gave us some wonderful recommendations for dining in both Folly Beach and Charleston. Folly Beach is a great location, as it's only about a 20-minute drive from Charleston, and has a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the townhouse. The accommodations were spotless and everything was well organized. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect

Condo was just perfect! Lots of space for the 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Description was 100% accurate, including amenities (bikes, beach gear, kitchen items/utensils, etc.)! We would definitely book another Folley Beach vacation at this location. Book today-you won’t be disappointed! And Nate was responsive, kind, and went out of his way to make sure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. Thanks Nate!!

Jennifer is an exemplary host reflected by her home and response to accommodate her guests. We could not have asked for a better home and location to explore Folly Beach and Charleston while participating in our daughters wedding events. Lovely Property

This home was perfect for our group of 3 families in town for a wedding. It was very clean and beds were super comfortable. We were able to fit all 3 cars tandem inside the garage. The beach was a short walk, with plenty of restaurants to grab food or drinks. The kitchen had what we needed to fix a nice breakfast. It was chilly, so we were not able to take advantage of the beach supplies, but we noticed there were some great options available. Communication and the check-in process were great. If in the area again, I would absolutely book this property again.

The best condo in 20 years. Great attention to every detail. Soap, specialty coffees, stocked kitchen, TV options. Stay here, it's worth every penny.

Location great! Showers need to be more water pressure & upgraded. Need a lot better paper products- toilet tissue, paper towels. Need Kleenex. I didn’t care for the straw yellow rugs. Overall was a nice place to accommodate a family.

Getaway for our Daughter's Wedding

My husband and I cannot say enough about our stay at Waters Edge 94. From our wonderful hosts to their beautiful home it made our stay so wonderful and very relaxing. We would highly recommend this home to anyone travelling to Folly Beach.

Plenty to do, and rest

Well appointed and superior location! We enjoyed the bike rides in to town (Bert's Market) and would have loved to SUP, but the weather was awful and cold this weekend. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and spent a great deal of time down there, if we dressed warmly. We will be back next year, with a longer stay! Thank you, Jennifer. Your place is awesome.

Friends Getaway

A set of three long-time friends decided to check out the Charleston area. We decided to stay at Waters Edge and it was perfect. The location was walking distance to all things on Folly Beach, and just a short drive into Charleston. The house was spacious; all three couples had a private bedroom and bath. The screened porch was perfect for lazy morning coffee talk. The house was well equipped with all necessary gadgets and appliances. The owner, Jennifer, was very responsive to any questions and provided us a few restaurant recommendations. We definitely would stay at Waters Edge again!

Beautifully decorated

The house is amazing and decorated beautifully. Great location. Quick response from home owners. We left two days early due to Hurricane Ian but had the best time while we were there. We already booked again for next year!

First Time to Charleston Area

We absolutely LOVED the Waters Edge Property! The location was close enough to everything..the beach, shops and food! The view was so nice! The beach chairs, cooler etc was so handy for beach days. The bicycles were fun for our family in the evenings! The coffee was a great variety. Overall is was a wonderful stay! Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and the marsh views were lovely. The property was very well furnished with coastal decor. We all would stay here again.

Family vacation

We have stayed many times in the waters edge community at Folly Beach but never in a condo as lovely as this we liked it so much that we have actually booked two weeks next summer already. The house was beautiful as described pictures were accurate everything we need it was where it was supposed to be. Love the full master suite on the first floor.
