Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. I’m offering an introductory rate as it’s a new listing :-)
It's perfect for solo travelers, work traveler, friends, backpackers or couples looking for a comfortable & budget stay in the heart of Nyali.
It is located opposite Shell Station links rd (Former BP) & 500mtrs to Nyali Cinemax . There are plenty of cafes, restaurants & shops within walking distance. It's just 5mins drive to Nyali beach & 6kms to CBD, making it easy to explore the city.
THE SPACE
As you step into the studio apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright and open space designed with a minimalist aesthetic. The walls are painted in crisp white, creating a clean and fresh atmosphere. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space, giving it a warm and inviting ambiance.
The apartment has two comfortable single beds with separate mosquito nets. Adjacent to the beds is a sleek and minimalistic workspace with a desk and chair, making it easy for digital nomads or business travelers to get work done.
The kitchenette has limited amenities as it is a new listing. Please check on the amenity list for the specifics. Kindly note as the rate is highly discounted, please bring own drinking water, and cooking ingredients. Crockery and cutlery is provided.
The bathroom is clean and functional, featuring a walk-in shower, toilet with Arabic shower, and sink. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
1. High-speed Wi-Fi internet access for staying connected
2. A ceiling fan for year-round comfort
3. Basic cooking essentials and kitchenware for preparing meals
4. On-site housekeeper who can do your laundry at an extra charge $10- $20 depending on the workload. This you can agree with the housekeeper and you can pay her directly.

Upon arrival, you'll be provided with a unique access code for seamless check-in. Once inside, you'll have exclusive access to the entire space and facilities specified in the listing.
The studio is designed to provide you with a home away from home experience, and you'll have access to a range of amenities, which may include:
1. Sleeping arrangements: You'll have access to two single comfortable beds with fresh linens and pillows.
2. Bathroom facilities: You'll have access to clean and well-maintained bathroom with shower, towels, and basic essential toiletries. Please note, Mombasa is generally hot throughout the year thus cold shower water is available only to cool off and shower.
3. Kitchen facilities: You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with appliances such as a two burner stove, and basic cookware and utensils. This allows you to prepare meals and snacks at your convenience.
4. Entertainment options: You may have access to entertainment options such as Wi-Fi, or other amenities mentioned in the listing for your enjoyment.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Unfortunately, I don’t allow pets; and No smoking in the apartment, however there’s a balcony where you can smoke outside.
The check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 12Noon. Though I can be flexible about the check in and check out time. Please send me a message on VRBO and I will quickly reply to you if your check in/ out time is feasible that day, or not.
Stays more than a month, I can offer you a special rate per month inclusive of all bills. That is, internet, water, electricity, security, and cleaning twice a week. Just let me know and we can discuss.
Please make sure you answer the booking questions which include why you are visiting my area?, who are you traveling with? and when should I expect you to arrive?
Definitely have the basic details verified on VRBO that is government ID, legit photo, email/telephone number when making your reservations.
I normally respond within 1 hour or less so don’t you worry, I will see your note and respond.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
As a host, I am committed to providing a warm and welcoming experience for my guests during their stay at my apartment. I value guest privacy and comfort, while also being available to assist with any needs or inquiries.
I am reachable through VRBO messaging or other preferred communication methods to answer any questions or provide recommendations about local attractions, dining options, or transportation.
If you have any requests, I am happy to accommodate any reasonable requests or special needs you may have during your stay.
In the event of any maintenance or repair issues at the property, I will work diligently to address them promptly and minimize any inconvenience to you as my guest.
I understand that some guests prefer minimal interaction, and I fully respect your privacy. I will not enter the property without your consent, except for emergency situations or as required by law. However, the housekeeper will do general cleaning including change towels and beddings after every 2 days for long stay guests- the specific days shall be communicated to you in advance.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I chose this location because it's a very secure neighborhood and offers peace & serenity. It is centrally located in Nyali. It is 500m to Nyali Cinemax, 12km to Moi International Airport and 13km to SGR Mombasa terminal.
It is 6 minutes drive to Nyali beach, and 5kms to Nyali Centre. It is also 6kms to CBD Mombasa. You may order food delivery from nearby eateries such as Big Square, Pizza Inn/Chicken Inn and KFC. (download Bolt Food, or Glovo or Uber Food app to order food)
There is also a Pizza Inn/Chicken Inn is 30metres (1min walk) across the road so you can just walk to grab something to eat.
