We are always ready to address issues promptly and continuously strive to improve our services. However, we were disappointed to find 1x hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 1 washcloth white-colored towel fully stained in red upon your checkout, especially without prior communication or notice. This incident impacted our towel inventory and required additional labor, water, and cleaning products for laundry. We encourage open communication to address such matters promptly. As you did experience upon check all our towels were washed, clean, and sparkle white. We did place makeup towels to remove makeup, the white towels were not for makeup. Before your arrival and departure, we communicated what are the consequences of stained towels left behind. This means you were aware of the action and consequences. Regarding the room directory, we maintain an updated version with all the necessary information. Could you please specify which information you found outdated? Even if there were recent updates, we regret any inconvenience and are committed to making improvements. Contacting us after 10 PM, especially for non-emergency matters (ordering a taxi, while the number is on the VRBO app and room directory), goes beyond our business hours and the team's off-time.
