I chose this area because Paardevlei is one of the most peaceful and well-kept parts of Somerset West. It has a calm, scenic atmosphere with beautiful walking paths, wetlands, and birdlife, but it’s also incredibly convenient — close to the beach, shops, hospital, and great restaurants. I really enjoy how safe and quiet it feels here, while still being close to everything you need. It’s a great mix of nature, comfort, and convenience.
