This property is only steps from the beach. Breezy by the Beach is a 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom on the north end of Cape San Blas. This house offers your family everything you need and more for the perfect summer vacation!

Breezy by the Beach is great for families, friends or small groups. It sleeps 6 comfortably and has a twin rollaway bed for an additional guest. There are two primary suites. On the second floor, the primary suite has its own open deck. Aside from its peaceful views, the second-floor primary suite contains a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and adjoining bath. Boasting privacy and comfort all in one! Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a private bath containing two twin beds and flat screen TV perfect for children/teenagers. The third level is the entire primary master suite. This spacious master has a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, double vanity, storage area, shower, and garden tub. There is also an open deck to enjoy the sunshine!

Upon entry to Breezy by the Beach, is a comfortable and spacious open concept first floor living area that flows directly into the dining room and kitchen. The house features new LVP flooring throughout. The kitchen provides all that you need for preparing a gourmet meal while on vacation. A comfortable dining area includes seating for families, plus additional seats at the breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is a powder bath and laundry room. The kitchen area features new countertops and stove. The living room also has sliding glass doors that open out to beautiful views on the outdoor deck. Come sit and have a glass of wine, enjoy the evening while grilling out on the deck!

This beach-home-away-from-home, can provide you and your family with everything you need! This home is situated in the gated community of Barrier Dunes that has paved roads, 3 stocked fishing ponds, 4 beach accesses, playground, 2 tennis courts with pickleball, gulf front swimming pool, 2nd pool adjacent to tennis courts and a clubhouse. This community has every modern convenience! The beach is steps away, the Cape Trading Post is super close and provides a premium selection of foods, wine, liquor, and gifts. The state park and Eagle Harbor boat ramp are less than 5 minutes from the house. 

Breezy by the Beach is situated in a family oriented residential gated community, therefore we do not rent to students or minors. There is no smoking and we do allow pets. We only offer Saturday to Saturday rentals during the summer.
