An open-concept layout boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a cozy living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that seamlessly open onto a furnished patio. Make any kind of meal in this kitchenette; from a simple cup of coffee to a hearty full-course meal and serve over the well-illuminated breakfast bar or over the dining table by the terrace.

Retreat to a tranquil bedroom after a long day exploring Tulum. Both bedrooms are king-sized and adorned with high-end linen. You’ll love how the bedroom as is well appointed to have direct access to the terrace through the sliding doors that flood the space with natural light. Comes with a closet, an air conditioner, and a ceiling fan.

Refresh with a walk in rain shower in an oversized cubicle with high-end wall tiles. The condo features a full bathroom with a shower and vanity with a stone basin and premium sanitary ware.

A washing machine and dryer are provided for a comfortable stay.

The outdoors provides a world of relaxati on. Xalet property was designed to make the most of its lush and serene environment. Tropical gardens surround each condo and all communal amenities.

The rooftop terrace features an infinity swimming pool, lounge beds, sunbeds with stylish covers, and several Jacuzzis with stunning jungle views among other things.
Stroll along a suspension bridge over the cenote and marvel at the beauty of this place or chill by the loungers next to the cenote.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in Tulum, Quintana Roo is Xalet complex, a luxury and brand-new residential area where our condo is located and just 5 minutes away from the beaches. Built around a sink hole (Cenote) overlooking the jungle, you will enjoy a tranquil neighbourhood.

The town is becoming a tourism hotspot and you are likely to hear some noise from construction sites during working hours.
For those not familiar with the geographic features of the Yucatán Peninsula, a cenote, which is pronounced “seh-no-tay”, is a natural deep water well filled with fresh water. Created when the ceiling of a cave collapses, these formations are popular for swimming, diving, and exploring. There are more cenotes along the Riviera Maya than in any other part of the world.

Xalet complex is a safe neighbourhood and a few minutes to a host of restaurants. Downtown Tulum is also a few minutes away. The area inspires tranquillity, and we find ourselves hidden in the Jungle, the perfect city respite.
The Mayan Ruins in Tulum are less than an hour away, you would want to take a visit before you leave!

Tulum has a tropical weather, and you’ll appreciate the hammocks that come with our condo to take a siesta on a laid-back afternoon.

Other Things to Note:
The complex is a brand-new area with construction still in place and you might get some noise during working hours.
