Our penthouse is situated in Polanco, one of Mexico City's most sought-after and vibrant neighborhoods. You'll be surrounded by an upscale and dynamic atmosphere during your stay.

Polanco It's home of some of the most importan art museums of the city, such as Tamayo, Museo de Antropología, Museo de Arte Moderno, Sumoaya, Jumex, Castillo de Chapultepec and Chapultepec Park. In Masaryk Avenue you will find all world reknown boutiques, it's also know as Rodeo Drive of Mexico City.

In Polanquito you will be able to enjoy excellent restaurants and cozy bars, amazing galleries and books stores (ask for our recommendation list).

If you also are into shopping, we have plenty of shopping centres in the area: Antara and Miyana Shopping centres, you also have Plaza Carso its also close by, which has a theatre with broadway plays, Cinepolis with VIP cinemas, restaurants, Soumaya and Jumex museum.

Since the apartment it's centrally located, you have access to all the other points of interest in the city and its outskirts via Uber or even public transportation.

Enjoy autonomous and secure access to the apartment using a personal code for the electronic lock. As per the building administration safety and security rules and regulations, upon your arrival, we will be there to welcome you and assist with the registration process at the condo's front desk (our housekeeper must be there to grant you access to the tower). They will kindly request an ID for identification purposes and provide you with an ID card, granting you convenient access each time you return.

Please note that due to the building administration rules, amenities are only available for guests staying 30 nights or longer.

The apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while the living room includes a double sofa bed for additional guests. Unwind in the living area with a 55" UHD Smart TV with cable access, plus Netflix and Amazon Prime (please use your own account). Enjoy a 43" UHD Smart TV in the Master bed room, High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace ensure you can stay connected and productive.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and entertaining, and a dining table seats four. For added convenience, the apartment includes an in-unit washing and drying machine. We also offer an optional minibar service and can arrange for groceries to be stocked for your arrival.

You can't be better located to explore this beautiful city or attend meetings in your office in Polanco or the neighbourhoods around. Most of the attractions in the area are walking distance, however, Uber service is great and will allow you to get in an out of Polanco with ease. You can also use public transportation, public rental bikes or scooters.

You can purchase a rechargeable card called "Tarjeta Ciudad de México" to pay for your Metrobus rides.

Check-in & ID: Upon arrival, we will greet you to assist with registration at the front desk. All adult guests are required to provide a photo of an official ID (Passport or driver's license) to be granted access. For stays under 30 days, you will receive a building access card in exchange for an official ID. For stays longer than 30 days, registration with biometrics (fingerprint) is required for access to all amenities.

Guest Agreement: To ensure a safe and lawful environment, all guests must sign a document at check-in, agreeing to refrain from any unlawful activities on the premises.

Security: The building is protected by 24/7 private security, with round-the-clock monitoring of pedestrian and vehicle access, the lobby, and the building perimeter. For your privacy, there are no security cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. Cameras are present in common areas such as the parking garage, elevators, and hallways.

Cleaning: We strictly adhere to comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
