This serene cabin is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the large covered deck while making great memories with friends and family. It is perfect for two couples, and is stocked with all the comforts of home. Some features: Fast Wi-Fi, fireplace, washer/dryer and paved flat roads leading to the cabin. Centrally located-Albertsons grocery store and Casa Blanca restaurant are 5 minutes away.

I am available for any issues that may arise or any suggestions if needed!

The neighborhood here is very quiet with frequent spotting of deer and elk. You will be very close to dining and supermarkets as well.

You will have access to the entire cabin with plenty of privacy
Guests will receive a keycode prior to arrival to enter the cabin. This keycode is changed after every guest for your safety.

There is one bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen bed and hall full bathroom. Both bedrooms have large tv's for streaming your netflix. Blow dryer is provided in both bathrooms. Living room features a luxurious leather automated reclining sofa for stretching out and enjoying the fireplace or a movie. Dining table inside and outside on patio for 4. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing any meals you desire. Ninja drip coffee machine and Keurig available with coffee/teas provided. Gas BBQ grill provided on the deck. Ground level there is seating around a fire pit for 4 friends to enjoy!

Roads here are paved to the cabin and are flat and well maintained. Cabin is approximately 1.15 hour drive from the Roswell Airport, 7 hour drive from DFW, 3:45 hour drive from Lubbock, 2:45 hour drive from Albuquerque,NM, and a 2:15 hour drive from El Paso.

Elk, deer and turkey have been viewed from the deck.

Beautiful Getaway

The property is amazing!! Everything we needed was available to us. I so enjoyed sitting out on the deck reading a book early in the mornings while waiting on others to get around. Located in a beautiful area close to everything. The bedding and towels are all of the best quality! Better than any I've ever had anywhere else. The owners have definitely taken pride into this cabin and respond quickly if you have a question or need. We saw lots of wildlife all throughout Ruidoso. Just a beautiful experience all the way around.

Great cabin in Ruidoso

We loved our stay at Horsin Around Cabin and will definitely be returning. The cabin is very clean and perfect size for me and my husband. Enjoyed my coffee every morning on the deck. There was a Keurig coffee make which made it easy and fast to make coffee. Saw several deer and 2 kitty cats. It was a great cabin to come back to after being our and about. Loved the reclining couch and the big screen tv. We where able to stream from our computer to watch the US Open Tennis matches and Netflix to watch one of our shows. Everything we could possibly need the owner had. Our communication with the owner was great and her response was fast. Can’t say enough good things about this cabin. Great location.

Our family has been traveling to Ruidoso for years! We love the ability to relax and get away from the stress of everyday life. The scenery is stunning and we enjoy all the outdoor activities from fishing to hiking. The cute shops, quaint restaurants, wineries, breweries and casinos are also fun to visit. We hope you will give us an opportunity to host your next getaway!
